Fullmetal Alchemist story

An older lady, about 30-35, with long blonde hair and large boobs, wearing a tight red sweater and a medium length black skirt approaches Tyler from behind
??? Ah, you must be the new Alchemists! *trips and stumbles, bumping her boobs into the back of Tyler's head* Ah! I'm sorry!

Tyler turns a bright red and scrambles away from the woman.
Tyler: Wh-who are you?

woman: Oh, where are my manners? I'm Rose Dastrum, a fellow state alchemist. I heard you were the one who discovered the chimera!
Natalie: Actually, it was both of u-
Rose: Such an awful situation. *sits down next to Tyler*
Natalie: Oookay. *crosses her arms and looks aside*
Rose: What kind of monster would do that to his own family? *leans in closer to Tyler and puts her hands in her lap, which causes her boobs to be pressed together* So what did they tell you to do next?

Tyler: *Turns an even brighter red* Th-the Fuhrer said that they're go-gonna try to turn her back into a human and send her to an orphanage. H-he never said what'd happen if she couldn't.

Natalie: Yeah, and he said-
Rose: Most likely they won't be able to reverse the transmutation.
Natalie: Sure, not like I'm a state alchemist too or anything.
Rose: Word is there were four chimeras working under the former administration, and they never got their bodies back.

Tyler: Well what's gonna happen to her, then?

Rose: I've heard about an old Xingese man living in this city that knows some...ancient forms of alkahestry. Stuff that isn't even practiced today among Xingese alchemists. *looks to the side, and puts a finger on her chin, jiggling her boobs a little from the action* Now, where was he...Redding Street...no...Redwood Street...nah...
Natalie: Redwater Stre-
Rose: I got it! It's Redwater Street!
Natalie: Rrrgh...
Rose: The man there is called Tai Ling, he runs a little obscure bookstore. It's possible he may know something that could help you.
Natalie: Why didn't you tell this to those guys in the former administration that were alchemists?
Rose: ...Eh? Flatulent Alchemist? When did you get here?
Natalie: THAT'S IT! *gets up with a start, knocking over her chair* You and me! It's go-time!
Rose: I really don't know what you mean! ^^U

Tyler: She's been here the entire time....

Rose: Anyway, I have work to do. Toodles! *waves at Tyler before walking away*
Natalie: *sits down, and slams her shaking fists on the table* Damn that woman...

Tyler: J-just who was she?

Natalie: I mean, she said she was a state alchemist. I guess her boobs knocked your head so hard you couldn't hear her.

Tyler: No, I heard that part, I meant what's her title.

Natalie: The Jiggly Alchemist. *raises her eyebrows playfully*

Tyler: Be serious about this, Natalie... >////>

Natalie: Man, I dunno! If she let me get a word in edgewise I could have asked. And so could you, if you weren't hypnotized.

Tyler: I was doing everything I could to avoid passing out.

Natalie: *sighs* You men are all the same. Shake a few boobs at them and they stop working.

Tyler: Oh please, like you wouldn't do the same if Major Armstrong was to have done that with you.

Natalie: If you think that muscle-bound weirdo would do anything for me my ammonia must have gotten to your brain. He's not my type.

Tyler: Uh huh, I'm sure.

Natalie: Whatever. So, do you think we should check out this Xingese alchemist?

Tyler: Yeah, let's go.

On the way there, Natalie stops on the sidewalk
Natalie: Crap...I have to call my father! I totally forgot! Just hold on a sec! *runs into the nearest Phone Booth*
Just then, a man in a black suit and fedora, sporting a thin mustache and round glasses, approaches Tyler.
???: Ah, you must be the chaos alchemist. I would very much like to have a word with you.

Tyler: And just who are you?

???: I am just a businessman. You may call me Mr. Arbeit. Can we...talk? *stands aside and gestures to an alleyway*
