Urban Lore: The New Journey

They hear a crack, likely a window and a distant yell that slowly gets louder and louder until-CRASH. Khaox is stuck halfway through the window, armored up in bone that is now receding back into his body, hefting himself through the broken window and rolling onto the floor. Bleach hikes up the wall by keeping a firm grip on the former's hood, kind of choking him and making a nice, graceful entrance and dusting itself off to complete the scene.

Khaox:Guggh.....
Bleach:That was a terrible, terrible idea. *turns to the others* Oh. Hi.
Khaox:*coughs* Ack...you were choking me...
Bleach:*looks around* Are...you sure we're in the right place?
Khaox:Yesh....I....I know where everyone lives, o'course. Got nothinz bettar to dud. You should tell'em wassap.
Bleach:So we need help? ^ ^ Or he does, I don't really care too much. His buddy Ben let himself get shipped off to the Mob's headquarters in Sustret Borough. And he really wants you guys to help.
Khaox:Garghle....
Bleach:>,>

Camille: Oh, you guys need help and you're not lying? I just assumed you were joking the first time.

Bleach:I don't see how or why we'd be joking about a matter where someone could very well die. *turns to Khaox* Are you sure-
Khaox:YES. I'M BLOODY SURE we're in the right place! *coughs and attempts to clear his throat*
Bleach:....*turns its head back to the girls* Well then Ben has friends of a rather questionable quality, it seems...

Eleanor: Eh, we just live on the same floor, that's all I see him as.

Bleach:Acquaintances? Well that's what I was asking Khaox, but-
Khaox:You guys...well you hang out with him occasionally....
Bleach:Yeah, good luck with this Khaox...I'll just clear out the headquarters by myself. "Cheers."
Khaox:Oy! Dun' mock my mocking accent wrench!

Bleach gets on the windowsill and hops off of it, the sound of steel piercing the building, but due to the light landing resulting from stopping just before hitting the ground, the landing is not heard, and Bleach continues onward to Sustret Borough.

Khaox:So, could interest you girls in looting corpses? I'm sure selling their stuff would rake in good money? Or maybe if you want to go from a more legal standpoint, loot the zombster's valuables and assets like money and valuables? *looks at a clock* Is it already 8 in the morning? Hell...

Eleanor: <.< ............So you're saying that the spineless kid still needs help?

Khaox:Well of course he does. He doesn't really have a means to defend himself...

Eleanor: *Sighs* Fine, might as well since you're too useless to rescue him. Where did that truck take him anyway.

Khaox:It's not that I'm useless. This is their headquarters. It's not a one-man job. Victoria says the truck took Ben to Sustret Borough, though. I'm gonna go now. >,> *exits through the window*

No burning up?

Eleanor: >.> *Sighs* Guess we'll have that game later, Camille. See ya. *Exits the apartment*

Camille: I'm sure you can handle it, Vanilla.
Fierce: Of course I can. *conjures the Dragonfire Blade* I can take 'em all on.
Camille: You have HER form too?!

No, he has bone armor as described in his thing. When he goes out in daylight that should just be assumed to be generated.

Eleanor walks out of the apartment building and approaches Khaox.
Eleanor: Well, you know the way.

Camille comes out with Vanilla still as Fierce.

Camille: Let's go. I'm confident in Vanilla this time.

Eleanor: Fine. Just don't turn into my mother, okay?

Vanilla: Why not? Your mother's a powerful psychic isn't she? I find her abilities are quite useful.
Camille: Is that all?
Vanilla: Yeah. I'm pretty much over her. She's married and really old now.
Camille: You're old too, you moron!

Eleanor: Uh huh, I see... <.< Let's just go.

So Khaox leads them along to Sustret Borough, some guards at the entrance already dead and the entrance to the building left open.

Khaox:*looks about* Well, here we are. I think my friend should've been less direct with his entrance...maybe looked for wherever the stuff is received rather than just barge in? A little unlike him...then again, I guess he's just doing this cuz I asked so I'll stop bugging the guy. He's been awake a bit more than a day now...(I'm gonna owe him so much for this). Should we be more tactical with our approach? Or just follow suit and storm in?

Meanwhile, Bleach had cut an impressive swath through the zombsters, and had made her way deep within the building. The halls were full of evidence of his triumphs, full of corpses that have been shredded to tiny pieces, burned beyond recognition, and bursting with shrapnel all of which coming from traps. The slayer had yet to swing her blade while within the facility. It was no due to his expertise, or foresight, it was all attributed to laziness and luck. The slayer was weary from being up for 27 hours straight, and decided to have her prey come and die for him. Still, her atrocious sense of direction has betrayed him, which leads us to her current status, being lost somewhere in the building and occasionally slicing a zombster apart. Also with lots and lots of bullet wounds and bleeding a lot.

~in a poorly-lit room~
(Ben and Kara are each tied to a chair, with bags over their heads)
Ben: ...where are we?
voice: boss didn't expect two presents. He's all giddy.
Ben: ..what?
voice: Shut up! Boss will be down here any second, and he doesn't enjoy his presents all talk-y and stuff.

Loraina: I say we should be more tactical.
Eleanor: >.> When'd you get here?
Loraina: I just followed you guys.

Nick walks in behind Loraina.
Nick:Am I too late to help save Ben?

Khaox:Honestly....dunno Nick. Look, let's see if we can find the loading area eh? I'm sure Ben'll be near there if he hasn't been caught. *starts a walk around the building, looking for said unloading area*

Nick follows him drawing his sword.

Okay, fuck it....

Loraina: You guys see anything yet?

Camille: No, not yet.
Vanilla: Yeah, me neither.
