new Skyrim RP

okay, here we discuss the workings of this forthcoming Skyrim RP.
for instance, what plot? Like, do we want to follow the main questline, or any other cool quests, or do we want to make up our own plot?
This also sort of coincides with the question of timelines. Do we want to do one in the current time, 201 4E, or some other time frame? This also deals with the question of dragonborn. If we do one in the current time, should one or more person in the group be dragonborn? Or, if we decide to do ancient times, we could still have dragonborn?

prominent skills: Though has knowledge of all magic, his most favored schools are Illusion and Conjuration, though he does not use the latter for necromancy, only familiars and bound weapons.
weapons: Shield, any one-handed bound weapon, elemental magic(though he doesn't normally fall back on that, he dislikes exclusively offensive magic)
personality: Rather pacifistic unless doing harm to something grants him knowledge. He is the archetypal workaholic genius, who is only considered a genius because he is so blindly dedicated to his craft that the countless hours he burns for it would turn any man into an excellent mage, and so he is such(he learns at the same rate as others but dedicates more of himself to it than most). He has little regard for his own health and safety(in relativity to gaining knowledge) and if a media of knowledge such as carvings or books are endangered, he tends to protect them from said harm. He is quite aware of his flaws and the danger he poses to himself and others and doesn't much care about that.
