Inside, a red-haired woman wearing colossus armor approaches the pilot's seat, where a Salarian is operating the docking sequence)
River: Do we have clearance to dock?
pilot: Yup. We should be docking soon. Maybe five minutes.
River: Great. *turns, and heads to the elevator to the airlock*

A woman with black hair approaches River.

Shirley: Hey, what's going on, River? Why are we at the Citadel?

River: Didn't I tell you? We've been summoned to appear before the council. Something about a potential job. *shrugs* As long as it's not a court martial. I'm tired of those...

A quarian girl with a teal enviro suit walks up to them as well.
Shia: Did they explain any details about this job?

River: No, they wanted to keep it as secretive as possible. *the door to the elevator opens, and she steps inside, then holds the door* You ladies coming? *smiles slightly*

Shirley: Of course I am. *follows River into the elevator*

Shia nods, knowing that smiling would be pointless with her visor, and steps onto the elevator.

(the door to the elevator closes)
River: *smiles* Finally, some privacy. *hugs Shia, before kissing Shirly*

Shia giggles and returns River's hug.
Shia: I've always loved your hugs, River. ^^

Shirley: Hehe, yeah. *smiles and kisses River* Finally private time for us.

(the ship docks with the Citadel, and the trio go before the Council)
Asari council member: Thank you for meeting with us on such short notice. As you may have inferred, this matter is of the utmost security.
Turian council member: No one but us must know about this.

Shirley: What do you want us to do?

Salarian council: The entirety of the Council account has been stolen. We want you to find out who hacked into the systems, and bring them to justice, alive.

Shirley: Oh dear. Do you guys have any plans on what you'll do in the meantime?

Salarian: we're keeping this secret for as long as we can. But it won't last.
Asari: Which is my you must act with great agency. This matter can not wait.
River: ...why us, though? I thought we weren't on the best standing with the Council.
Turian: Launching an internal investigation would attract too much attention. If the public found out about our insecurity, we would be exploited in every other way. We can't let that happen.
River: Do you even have any leads as to who did it?
Turian: It must be the Red Pulsars, a rogue cell like the Blue Suns or Blood Pact. However, the Pulsars possess exceptional technological skill, explaining why they'd be able to hack into our systems. But we don't know their base of operations.
River: We can find out.

Shirley: Don't worry, we'll work as hard as we can to bring the hackers to justice for you.

Shia: *Nods* That's right councilors, you can count on us.

Shirley: Yep. Anything else we should know before we head out?
