War of the Gods

15 years after the events of the Reign of Evil, our heroes battle Xandros and his evil force, having been successful in defeating them, they brought Elsa into peaceful neutrality, slew the assassin, Z, slew Death Fierce and Sera ate Gray. Then they finally slew Xandros, causing him to explode and scatter his many forms around the world while also triggering a massive, population depleting explosion that engulfed the world. Now, the world is left with only the strongest of the strong mortals, the strongest immortals and the divinities to survive. Now, all sides have waged wars against each other for both survival and global dominance in the new harshly decimated world.

~Our hero immortals were encased in crystalline shells and placed in a large clearing in an unknown forest, where they were guarded by a young girl~

The heroes emerged from their slumber and cracked open the shells and in their disarray and reunion, they are met with a mysterious girl who gains their attention from the long branch of a decimated tree. She is dressed in the hide of Xandros's wolf form.

Rei: Greetings friends. You don't need to fear me, for I will not harm you. I have gone back to the time of the massive explosions that killed most of the world. I especially protected you, Makon so that your beloved Dana may be of use to you. She is with me as well. I have put all of you into a deep slumber while I cocooned you in coffins of crystalline mana so that the deadly blast may not effect you.

A woman's sob is heard in the distance.

Rei: You need not worry about that. This is the namesake of this forest. It is called the Weeping Forest, in which the sounds of crying victims long lost from the apocalyptic explosion that wrecked the world. Anyway, since 89% of the world's population is gone, the survivors have all waged wars against each other for global dominance on the new empty Lore. I have been ridding the world of the scattered forms of Xandros, priding myself in the hides and accessories I gain from them. Please feel free to have a look around here if you'd please. J.S looks around for the source of the sobs before shivering slightly.
J.S: Yeah, that's in no way creepy.... *Looks at Rei* Thank you for protecting us.

Rei: It was my aunty's dying wish to protect you. I also wanted to see what you were all capable of since you helped my mother put an end to Xandros's evil tyranny.

Blossom: Wait? Your mom? You mean Fierce?

Rei: I could mean anyone, but yes, Fierce is my mother. Sadly, she has retired from fighting now and has left her duties to me. One of those duties being tracking and slaying all of Xandros's forms that have been scattered throughout Lore.

Courtney: Sounds fun.

Rei: It's been a difficult quest so far.
Xendros: You seem OK to me.
Rei: It was fraught with peril. Believe me.

J.S: Well, how far are you with hunting them?

Rei I've cleared most of this forest of the animal forms here.
Xendros: Doesn't sound too bad.

Courtney: Okay, what's left? I wanna kill something.

Rei: There is a devilish form of Xandros's I have been meaning to kill for a while no. Problem is, I'd have preferred to use kunai knives on this form, but alas, I ran out on the cyborg circus bear that I fought before.
Xendros: Well, let's go see what it can do.
Rei: No, you stay here. I will take Courtney with me. I can sense her thirst for bloog is great. *teleports Courtney and herself atop a tree* There it is. There's the devilish form. *points to what appears to be a sheep just casually grazing from the grass below them*

Courtney: >.> You're kidding right? *Draws her katanas* Oh well...

Rei: I wouldn't suggest getting close to it. You'll startle it.

Courtney: <.< Okay then.... *Puts her katanas away and draws a sniper rifle and a silencer*

Rei: Do you really think a silencer will do the trick?

Courtney: >.> What do you suggest then? Grenade launcher?

Rei: Something truly silent, yes. We never want to startle it while it has a chance to live.

Courtney grumbles a little as she attaches the silencer and aims at the sheep's head.

Rei: Please let this work smoothly. I don't want to be sliced up again. *starts praying frantically*

Courtney looks at Rei with confusion before looking down the scope of her rifle and firing a single shot at its head.

The bullet bounces out and the sheep becomes startled, puffing up its pink fluffy wool and turning into thick steel wool(XD) while looking around for whatever hit it.

Rei: Oh dear, this is what I was afraid of. Quick! Shoot it again!

Makon:.....*thinks* What....happened? We were fighting but I did something bad...

In feeling a gut-wrenching sadness he can not quite place, a few tears stream his face but end as his focus changes to wiping them away.

Makon:That weird. Hm.

He looks around a bit and explores the immediate area.

What? It turned into a robot sheep? :p

Courtney quickly empties the remainder of the clip into the sheep and quickly loads in a clip of AP incendiary rounds and starts firing again.

No, it gets thick steel wool brillo armor! XD

The sheep's head gushes purple blood and fires off a hail storm of bullets everywhere before dropping onto its belly and dying.

A blue wolf with a glowing scarlet red collar on its neck wanders the area near Makon and the others.

Courtney: Well that was surprisingly easy. *Jumps down from the tree*
