So the story is:

two decades after Nergall was defeated, the realm experienced peace and prosperity. Jenghas, now a high-ranking wizard in the order, has devoted his life for the study of magical artifacts and researching new incantations. with the party gone its separate ways, Demetrius and Tiana went off on their own, Marcus returned with Asher to his home in the distant Elven lands. It was rumored that ten thousand years ago, Nergall had a cult of evil sorcerers serving him faithfully, and to each one he gave an army of ten thousand Lizardmen. The sorcerers put their armies to sleep in the Lost Mines under the Ice Mountains for whenever they would need them, and placed magical runes on the entrances to the mines, so they would open upon Nergall's defeat and the armies would rise up and wreak unimaginable havoc upon the world. A year after Nergall's defeat, the barriers opened, the Lizardmen awoke, and spilled out into the deserts to the west to regain their strength, to one day wage war on the continent of Ehvenara, attacking caravans and small settlements on the Rim. Now, they're ready for a full-on war and attacking major cities in the south. In the Northern end of Ehvenara, a war is being fought that started fought by the Barbarians to reclaim Ehvenara from the King. Before the first King and his armies came from the east to conquer the continent, it was populated by bands and tribes of Barbarians that unified once Royal soldiers stepped foot on the soil. The King's Armies fought back the barbarians all the way past the Green Plains, and when they got to Mount Ven, the Barbarians started pushing back with all their might. It was raining hard that day, and when the King himself looked upon Mount Ven, the sun shone down through the clouds in golden rays of light, giving the mountain the most brilliant and heavenly glow. He believed he saw the Five Gods that day, and they told him that this land was blessed, and the King should rightfully have it. This would be the last time in the war that the Barbarians would ever tasted anything like victory, and they were pushed back with such vigor that they were chased beyond the Rim and into Killei Desert within two days. Once the King had conquered all of Ehvenara, he commanded a grandiose castle and keep be built into Mout Ven, the mountain that showed him the Gods, and so it was, and the King renamed it the Holy Mountain. The kings of that bloodline ruled from that keep ever since. And from the keep of Holy Mountain, a prosperous and peaceful nation sprouted, all across the continent. After the defeat of Nergall, hundreds of years later, the Barbarians were driven from the Desert by the Lizardmen, into the dense forests of Miidland(one of the districts of the continent). Now, they've regained their strength, and are poised and waiting to attack the King's Forces again and retake the Holy Mountain. The wind whispers omens of war and death, the likes of which Ehvenara has never seen before.

what are you talking about? I mean the part where you very obviously said that Marcus is a "king" somehow. When did that come up in the last story?

It is said that she is a master thief, wealth being her only drive. She has also been rumored to even steal from dragons' treasures

Background: close personal friend of King Drennos II. The king once offered him position as Steward, but Baeltheon turned it down, because he said it would have been dreadfully boring. The King laughed uproariously at that remark, while other men would have been imprisoned. He's sworn to protect the city at all cost and has done so admirably for 15 years.
Description: Has a short, rugged black beard with streaks of silvery grey in the middle, and a weathered complexion. He wears appropriate armor for someone in his position, polished steel plate armor, a brown cape, and a steel plate, feathered helmet.

He practiced archery since the age of 8, and could probably outshoot any archer in the Royal Army. He met Krulf Stonearm 3 years ago, and they've been adventuring with eachother ever since. Mark is known for his quick wit and quicker feet.
Description: has black curly hair down to his neck, and an unrefined black goatee. He wears light boiled leather armor

Background: He was conceived when a giant came from the hills and raped a Huntress out searching for game, who was died birthing him. He grew up on the outskirts of society among beggars and bandits and mercenaries, who taught him to fight. He grew up faster and taller than anyone else of his age, and three times as strong. He met Mark while dispatching a few bandits with only his fists, and they've been travelling ever since.
Description: He has long shaggy dark hair and a matching shaggy dark beard, and a certain brutish demeanor shared by his giant kin. He wears studded leather armor with hide boots

Background: He has been the chief of a tribe of orcs for five years, living towards the south of Ehvenara. He used to know Baeltheon years ago when they adventured together, now he lives with his tribe, quite secluded in the marshes of Southern Ehvenara.
Description: He shaves his head, save for a long braided ponytail running down his back. He wears wears orc-steel chainmail leggings and fur boots, with a special orc-steel chestplate that leaves torso bare (it's a privilege to go into battle bare-chested). He also wears leather arm-bracers
