Atooso (the wing-it story)

(the spinosaur, unfazed by the dart, locks onto Yoba, and charges after her)
Yoba: Wah! *frantically kicks the sides of the gallimimus* C'mon new friend, we have to move faster! Now, these darts ain't doing nothing! Hmm... *presses a few small buttons on her goggles, and looks more intently at the spinosaur* Big guy...small eyes...relies mostly on smell and hearing to chase prey...oh, let's try some sonic rounds! *loads some sonic rounds into her rifle, and shoots the Spinosaur a few times*
(the Saur recoils, shaking his head from side to side, and staggers)
Yoba: Ah! That did it! Yesss! *raises up her arms, and moves up and down quickly from excitement*
(the gallimimus responds to this roughhorsing by bucking, and sending Yoba tumbling to the ground, and she hits it and rolls a few times, and grabs her elbow)
Yoba: owww...>_<
(the spinosaur regains its footing, and roars again)

Annette: Ice arrow! *flicks her staff and materializes a long and sharp icicle that flies off into the spinosaur* Might as well hurt it! Even though it it's going to come after me once the arrow hits...

(sure enough, the spinosaur notices Anette, and starts thumping after her, roaring along the way)
Yoba: *gets up, rubbing her bum* Ouch...careful, Annette! Don't fall off!

David:Does this thing have a weak spot?

Annette: I was right! Uh.... Flare blast! Thunder spear! * a barrage of small fireballs impact the spinosaur followed by a bolt of lighting* less weak spotting, more helping!

Yoba: Yes, it does have a weak spot! Aim at its nose, neck, or eyes! *adjusts her goggles a bit* No, not the eyes! The ears! *fires a few more rounds at the saur, but misses when a Gallimimus knocks into her, and she falls to the ground again* Gah! Aw, come on!

Annette: Um.... Ice ball! *fires off a ball of ice as big as her own body and it hits the spinosaur's neck* Shoot, I was aiming for the nose. I guess I was a little too low in trajectory. Hmmmm...

Behind a large rock nearby, Anthony peeks out to look at the battle before ducking back in where it's revealed that Tanya's there too.
Tanya: Why don't you do something?
Anthony: Why don't you?
Tanya: I told you, I'm only a dancer. I can't fight, especially not giant dinosaurs. Besides, you told me you were a mage.
Anthony: Oh....right..... u>.>
Anthony pulls a long staff out of the sleeve of his robe before firing off a rather weak freeze bolt at the spinosaur.

(the spinosaur roars, one final time, weakly, and topples over, dead, with a loud THUMP.)
Yoba: Yes! *jumps up and down* You guys are awesome!

Annette: We....We did it? yay! *jumps off the gillimimus and jumps up and down*

Anthony: It's dead? Just like that?.?
Tanya: Is this when you men say "That was ea-
The woman has her mouth almost immediately covered by Anthony.
Anthony: Don't ever say that. Things always get worse.

Yoba: *pushes her goggles back up to her forehead, and looks at Tanya and Anthony* Hey, where did you guys go?.?

Annette walks over to Yoba and gives her a rather large chocolate chip cookie* Here you are. You said you were hungry so I'm giving you one of my snacks I had in my sack.

Yoba: *gasps, then tackle-hugs Annette real tightly* AHHH THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! *releases her grasp, then lovingly bites into the cookie, chewing away, trying to stuff the whole cookie into her mouth* Mph garble amm...e.e

Annette: It was made by my grandmother. She usually makes her cookies really big for some reason.

Yoba: Do you have any strawberries? 0.0
(a loud crash is heard, followed by many loud rumblings)
Yoba: Oh! Thunder!
(rain starts pouring down)

Annette: Rain? *holds her head up and stick her tongue out to taste a few droplets* it's not sweet. How sad.

David: Is rain sweet where you live?

Anthony: Um....I fired off one of those last ice bolts.... >.>
Tanya: And I'm not a fighter. *Looks over at Annette* You have any more cookies with you? :3

Annette: *nods in acknowledgement to David* Yes. The water where I'm from is diluted with sugar so the rain is always sweet. In fact, sugar's just about everywhere in my homeland. *to Tanya* Yes, I have six more cookies on me. *reaches into her sack and gives another one to Tanya*

Yuba: Ah! *drops her rifle, and takes off her outer jacket to go run around in the rain, giggling as she does so* Ahahahaha! Rain rain rain!
(her clothes start getting soaked, and a bit see-through, but this goes unnoticed by her, who is too busy running around enjoying the rain)

Tanya: Yeeee! Oh thank you, thank you!! ^w^
The extremely tall woman practically glomps Annette before she happily starts eating her cookie.
Anthony: Don't you think we should get out of the rain first?
Tanya: Cookie first, then we do that.

David:That is cool. So where do you think we are?

Annette: We really should. *wriggles out from under Tanya and reaches into her sack before pulling out a tan hooded mantle and putting it on* There, Now I won't get anymore soaked.

Yoba: Oh! *tackles Annette again, affectionately* Do you have more cookies?
