The planet of Verduria. A planet with a history of powerful magic and mythical beasts. Since opening its borders to alien immigrants, its technology has jumped, now the people of Verduria have integrated the technology of their new inhabitants with their own. Everything was right until one day, a mysterious sorceress appeared as if out of nowhere with her dark magical army and rained terror upon the peaceful planet. Hundreds of heroes and soldiers tried their best to bring down the sorceress, but nothing seemed to work as only the clothing seemed to take the most damage, even when struck point blank with an explosion. Scientists have worked tirelessly to figure it out, and eventually it's been proven that clothing has been made the body's shield, taking any damages it takes. Soon, alien scientists have engineered ways to restore entire outfits and now, the fight against the sorceress and her army is on.

Is under siege by the sorceress' army!

Fires have been set on buildings as men and women and children run in terror of the army, which are humanoid pig men in armor as they laugh and tear off defenseless people's clothing.

Lera: Fire! *shoots a fireball from her hand at a pig soldier, blowing off his helmet and cracking his armor* Come at me, piggly wiggly.
Dark minion: Why you little! *hoists a club and charges Lera*

(meanwhile, the local hospital sits abandoned, as it has already been evacuated. In the morgue, on the table in the middle lays the body of a young woman with long, red hair. The body comes to life, and sits up, gasping for air out of pure instinct. The only memory in her mind is her clothes sitting in a box in a hospital room, only not hers, but they seem familiar anyway. She makes her way to the room in her only memory, finds the box, and puts on the clothes. Underneath the clothes she finds the hilt of a laser katana. She looks out the window and sees the armies of the sorceress attacking the city, and hears the sirens going off.)
Vian: Right. *picks up the hilt, and activates the red laser blade*

(out on the battlefield, where the dark pig minion is charging at Lera, Vian blinks right behind the minion, and with one slash of her katana, she slices off its armor from the midsection down, its armor parts and pants falling to the ground)
Vian: Hrm...I meant to chop it in half...

Lera: Ew, gross! A loin cloth!
Pig minion: Hey! *swings his club at Vian's mid section*

(Vian drifts out of the way of the club, then slashes at the minion again)
Vian: You move too slow. Too predictable. You're also pretty fat.

Lera: I'll give you that. *slashes at the minion's back, fully exposing him, and such, defeating him*
Pig minion: Please forgive me, mistressssss! *disappears in a black fog*
Lera: Huh. Interesting.

Vian: Hey can you tell me what's going on with the clothes and the pig men and everything? I'm...very confused.

Lera: Well a sorceress made weapons somehow ineffective and only the clothes become damaged and each successive bit of damage somehow exhausts the body. It's weird.

Vian: Hm....shouldn't we be thanking her then? Seems like she solved all injury...

Lera: Well we still take a bit of injury. I dunno, it's kind of embarrassing to have your clothes just spontaneously burst off in even so much as a fist fight.

Vian: Hm. !!! Behind you! *drifts to right behind Lera, and deflects the arrow from a minion right back at it*

The minion takes a head shot, blowing of his helmet.

Lera: Oh dear. Didn't think there'd be archers. How silly of me.

Vian: Rrrgh...*drifts over to the minion, and hits him with a flurry of slashes and strikes all across the chest, legs, and arms*

the minion disappears in fog with a shriek.

Lera: Well she's certainly battle hardened.

Vian: So uh...what is this place? Like, everything around us...where are we? *scratches her head*

Lera: We're in Luxport. Originally a nice seaside trade and shore town. *sighs* Here I was in the market for a shore house here. Damn that sorceress.

Vian: And I was...huh, I...don't remember...*scratches her chin* Anything, really...

Lera: Amnesiac? Do you need me to bonk you on the head a bit to jog your memory?

Vian: Apparently all that would do would knock off my clothes...at least I think they're mine...naw, I'm pretty sure they're mine. Hey, do you wanna fight together?

Lera: Yeah, sure. It's always nice to have company after all.

Vian: Great! I'm...not sure about my past, but I have this feeling I've been really lonely. That's all I know, really.

Lera: Well now we can go and try to hunt down the sorceress. I at least wanna knock some sense into her. Going and trying to take over the world.

Vian: Sure, I'm in. But first we have to break apart this invasion. *blocks a strike from an incoming minion, and slices him across the chest*

Lera: Yeah, we do. *cuts off a minion's breastplate, making him squeal like a literal pig*

Vian: Okay, so-
(a shadow looms over them, being a freakishly huge pigman wielding two huge axes attached by chain)
Vian: He looks important.

Lera: Oh... Oh my... *gulps* W-Well... Two on one, we can take him, right, partner?
