Moemon 2: electric bugaloo

so I'm thinking, they could meet up in Castelia City, which gets fucked by Team Whatever, who kidnaps Princess Snivy(my character) and flees to Celestial Tower, so I can bring in Chandelure, who can soundly oust Team Whatever. and she could also be bound there by ghosts or magic or whatever
