Semblance: Time dilation(he can slow down time around him, but he can move around normally. Any strike against foes takes effect when time is back to normal
Personality: Peaceful, kind, and altruistic. Tries to avoid conflict, save for conflict against Grimm. Fighting creatures of darkness, he's ruthless, but against other humans, he's generally pacifistic and merciful.

And using the dust woven in his clothes, he can even summon an energy rifle to fire high-powered shots. Popular uses of his abilities include summoning an energy scimitar, summoning a staircase to get to higher places, summoning a wall/shield to block damage, and more. Now, everything he summons has the same effect, like the Taken effect from Destiny, but with more bright colors than a dark blue/green, looking just like the trim of his longcoat.
