meka story thread

[Zephyr]

Thread for a story featuring mechs, like the one D.VA pilots in Overwatch.  They can do anything you want; different weapons, abilities, flight jets, etc. And by that I mean while D.VA's  meka can hover for a short time, these ones can fly around better and much, much longer if you wish.

Also things to be decided are the setting, and plot and stuff. Where is this set? Future-earth or some world of our creation, or some world we've already used? Who are we fighting, what are we doing? etc. What's your input?

So there's gonna be an alien race alongside humans called the Naiar. They're skin colors range from greyish to pale yellow, and they have black eyes with varying colors of irises. They also have markings on their skins like a tiger's or a zebra's, the coloration of which differs from person to person. They have hair like humans, but can be of any color naturally. They're also biologically compatible with humans, having humanlike genitalia, with subtle physical differences, of course.

ability 2: Defense Matrix (activates a forward-facing targeting array grid to track and shoot down enemy projectiles before they get to the mech. Can only last for ten seconds)
