Nessa: ...You sure are rather kind. Kind of odd, really.

Fastoon: Yes I am an elreed. I got Fang on my twelfth birthday. He's my best friend.* Scratches him behind the ears like he likes *

Nessa: What are you doing so far north?

Fastoon: Simple I wanna see the world.

Nessa: Hm. It's just strange. The world is savage and dangerous, most people tend to stay in their safe cities.

Fastoon: I'm not the type. I seek adventure.

Nessa: I'm sure you do. However, I must be going. I seek an alpha bear, so I may slay it and take its echo for myself.

Fastoon: Do you really need it?

Maple: Great! That scary bear that wanted to eat me should do just fine! Serve it right for wanting to eat me. >:T

Nessa: I very much think that I will need it, yes. The land of Caelva is rough and dangerous, and this beast echo will grant me innumerable strength and durability.

Fastoon: If you don't waste it I'll help you find it.

Nessa: ...What do you mean by that?

Fastoon: Use the meat and fur and stuff.

Nessa: Very well. I...am quite hungry, after all. So you would really assist me in this endeavor?

Fastoon: You echo users are quite fascinating.

Nessa: Well....I'd prefer to travel alone...but if you truly wish to come with me, I won't argue. *to Maple* What about you, er...what was your name?

Maple: I'm Maple. And sure, I'll come along. I can quite possibly find better summons with the help of friends. And I can be protected better. ^ ^u

Nessa: Well alright then. *readies her spear* Stay close, and be careful. *rushes into the forest*

Fang and Fastoon follow with light paw falls.

(later on, deep in the forest)
Nessa: The tracks lead to that den, over there. *points to an unassuming cave partly covered by foliage, set into the side of a small cliff on a hill* I'm sure he's in there. *stands up, gripping her spear tightly* I'll be right back.

Maple: Well okay, you be safe now.

(Nessa stalks her way into the cave, and a while later, she limps out, empty-handed, clutching her arm and covered in blood)

Fastoon jumps over and wraps her wounds after applying a healing salve.
