Nicole: Very well then, I'll be heading downstairs while you go get dressed. *Heads out of the room*

(Lia's mom meets Nicole downstairs, holding a laundry basket)
Lia's mom: Oh good afternoon, Nicole! Did you guys have a fun sleepover?

Nicole: Oh, we definitely did. We've also decided that we're going on a journey across the region.

Lia's mom: A journey? Certainly not! She's way too young to go out on her own! Plus, it's way too dangerous out there, what with dangerous gangs and legendary pokemon running wild!

Nicole: Don't worry, I won't let anything hurt a single hair on my pretty little servant's head. *Grins*

Lia's mom: I said no, and that's final. Now go on home, I have to have a talk with my renegade daughter. *marches upstairs*

Nicole: B-but.... *Sighs as she realizes it was pointless* Okay... Thank you for allowing me to stay. *Heads out*

(a little while later, Nicole gets a text from Lia telling her to meet Lia out by the southern gate to start their journey, and included a shopping list for it including snacks, two stylish bags, and one sleeping bag)

Nicole: Did her mom...? No, she couldn't have said yes...
She hurries out of her house and rushes over to the south gate as fast as she could on her bike.

Lia: Nicole! ...Where's all our supplies?

Nicole: Well I thought we were going to get them together.

Lia: I told you to get them in my text! I needed you to get them 'cuz you're rich and all.

Nicole: Well now I can get them with my darling servant.

Lia: Stop calling me that!
(later, after they stock up and head out the southern gate)
Lia: Hurry, hurry! Before anyo-I mean uh...so we can get this adventure started!

Nicole: Lia, I'm not an idiot. I know you ran away so that we can do this.

Lia: *sighs* ...I'm sorry, Nicole. But let's go!

Nicole: Yeah, sure thing. But I expect you to call your mom about this as soon as we reach the next down. I don't want my servant's mom to worry about her daughter disappearing.

Lia: Would you stop calling me your servant?! Jeez!

Nicole: Sorry Lia, it's a force of habit. Besides, you just look so cute when you get upset over that.

Lia: Well whatever! I'll be the one laughing when you find out I only bought one XL sleeping bag. :3

Nicole: Why would you be the only one laughing? *Grins and wraps an arm around Lia's waist*

(later that night, in Petalburg Woods)
Lia: Nicole, look! It's a Tailow! I love them, they're so cute! How do I catch it?

Nicole: Use Lump to weaken it before throwing a pokeball.

Lia: Uhh...okay. Lump, whip it with your vines!
(Lia's shroomish jumps up, and extends its vines to whip at taillow, who dodges deftly, then pecks at Lump)
Lia: Oh no! Lump, er...can you use like...poison powder, or something?
(Lump vibrates a little, then shoots out purple spores at taillow while it's close, which poison the bird)
Lia: Ooh! Now do I throw the pokeball? *takes one out of her bag*

Nicole: Weaken it a bit more, but maybe heal Lump with a potion, that peck seems to have taken a lot out of it.
