New Lore story

I have a new Lore story that should be, since it sounds, epic and so let's all build from the title: Lore: The forgotten ruins. First, what exactly are these forgotten ruins? Could be anything, a long lost magical city, the ruins of a temple holding awesome power, maybe even a booby-trapped ruined castle the sisters once built but left to rot away.

I'd go with the temple holding an awesome power.

Perhaps a new civilization that has been hiding from the rest of the world reveals itself as a hostile entity that threatens the world. They would certainly have the numbers to take on every nation, as they'd be preparing for a millenia. And their cities just happen to look like forgotten ruins, so no one suspected anything?

And for insurance, they'd have a super weapon that was near completion and could obliterate races other than their own?

A bit overkill MB.

So? Tons of plots are like that. If the world isn't about to get owned, you need to re-think your plot.

What if whomever finds the city is said to be a prophesied king and they get drunk on power?

Hell no.

I think my idea owns. Or at least owns Razor's idea.

Maybe we could bring the Neutral Force back in for this one somehow? I thought he was pretty cool.

We've never done a plot like that. But fine. If you're gonna be a Jackass about it.

We've also never done a plot like mine. And mine is more elaborate.

Plus it has the Neutral Force involved. (I suppose it could be obsessed with bringing a balance to the planet, since the new race would create a heavy imbalance by being badass)
