Besides I doubt the Neutral force wouldn't be destroyed as easily as Equinox.

Ok. The Neutral force is alot cooler than Equinox anyway. It's a great deal more stable mentally.

There's no good reason for it to be sealed away. Though it could be weakened by one of the new race's weapons. Maybe some kind of magic emitter.
