The next day began with the rising sun, and all was better. Sen had taken note of Jay's speedy recovery from the wounds inflicted by his abusers after he had finished breakfast. Jay woke up a little after Sen had, and was watching tv while eating cereal.

After awhile, Sen remarked on the lack of injuries, and Jay just said he was a quick healer, although Sen correct him in that he was not such a speedy healer the last time they had met. Jay just stated that things change, and that was that.

Tasha had woken up a little after Jay and after finishing his breakfast he listened to Sen and Jay's conversation. He didn't say anything for the time being because he didn't want to intrude and figured it was best to just let them talk to each other.

"Well, tomorrow school starts, got a schedule yet Jay?".
"No."
"Alright, well I bet it'll be interesting when you go."
"Yeah."

Jay walked around a bit to looks around his friends house before going to te bathroom to neaten his appearance.

Sen opened up a curtain in the living room, and looked outside tiredly, and was about to go on to say how boring the day was, but his fatigued stupor was quickly sobered by a paranormal sight.

"Uh, Jay?" Sen called, "You might wanna see this.".

Jay quickly came back from the bathroom, and looked out the window, before shutting his eyes tightly in a disappointed manner.

"Shit, someone must've started fucking with it.".

Jays house and those nearby it were draped in a fleshy substance erupting from windows on all sides of the house. Pulsating pustules on parts of it bursting to release spores into the air.

"Please, never bring weaponized fungus if you are unsure of whether your family is gonna mess with it. Now we gotta clean this up before the National Guard gets pissed."

Tasha walked up to them and saw what was happening outside and his eyes widened in shocked.

"What the hell? is that fungus?!" Tasha screamed as he looked at the houses draped in the fleshy substance.

"Yeah", they said simultaneously.

"It's happened before.", Sen explained. "We just gotta stop it soon. We'll need really sharp, likely garden tools to stop it."

"We're fending fungus off with gardening tools? Alright, we can just use my dad's tool shed." Tasha said.

"Sweet, well, obviously you get us there. Sen is bad with directions."

"Alright then."

Tasha turned and left the room, heading for the front door.

Sen and Jay followed Tasha to the tool shed, retrieving all manner of sharp garden tools that could easily cut through the semi-frail flesh of the fungus. A little later, they met across the street and were mentally preparing themselves for killing such a disgusting display.

Tasha sighed and thought about way to kill the fungus without vomiting.

After hours of butchering it and wearing gas masks and sterile suits, it finally began withering away.

"Whew. That was gross...", Sen said, getting out of his suit, "Good thing you had these stowed away, huh?".
"Yeah, just a fail-safe. Never thought that it would happen again, though.", Jay got out of his bio suit and fixed his semi-messed up hair.

"I'm glad that's over with. That was quite an experience." Tasha got out of his suit.

"Yeah. But this guy....craziness follows him everywhere. But only because he screws up somehow. Although you'd think someone whose personal friend is disorder would be the effigy of it himself."

Jay simply shrugged at Sen's unnecessary comment. So what if odd stuff happened? He believed it was simply a trial-and-error learning experience, not something he would be prone to enduring for a lifetime.

"That's just his problem. He'll get over it sooner or later."

OOC: I actually don't know what my character looks like.

"It's no problem, just a coincidental thing, it's fine...anyway, I guess I'll be staying with one of you guys." Jay said, fixing his hair.

"Oh, all right then. So what do you say we do now?" Tasha replied, puting his hands in his pockets.

"We figure out where I stay. Between you two.", he responded.

"I think you can spend the night with the other person every other day. You know, alternate.".

"Excellent suggestion, Sen. I think that's a good idea. I'm sure Tasha'll be fine with it. That is, unless you have prior engagements with your family Tasha? Such as asking them if I may stay?"

"No, they'll be cool with me bringing you in. At least I think so."

"I don't like theories. If there's a chance they don't want me there, I'd like it to be clarified...".

"He's just worried about....wait, what are you worried about?"

"It's nothing really, just any concerns are very important. I'd hate for something to go awry."

"So they'll think we're gay, what's the worst that can happen? My parents don't care for gays anyway."

"Pretty bad stuff can happen. Besides, they could just be acting...but if you have siblings, then they might not be. Do you?"

"I had a lesbian sister that just moved out two years ago. She's 5 years older than me so it's not like she was forced out or anything."
