Anthony: So are you two done getting into trouble?

Yoba: Like I need ta explain meself to two rats like yerselves! GIT LOST!
(not far from them, a huge, rat-like bear creature with huge red eyes, long, thin pointy ears, huge beefy arms, and clawed fingers, sits at a bench, reading the newspaper)
beast: Excuse me, but could you please keep it down? I'm trying to catch up on current events, here.

Tanya: Oh, sorry. We'll keep it down.

Annette: Current events? What about my village? What about Fonduebridge?

beast: Uh...not really...*flips through the pages* um....Mary Appleworth passed away at the age of 405...I guess that's something from that little hamlet...*shrugs* Not exactly the cultural hub of events.

Annette: Awww, granny Appleworth? Hm. We still need to find my uncle....Ignoring the hairy man over ther.

beast: Uncle?.? ... *looks at Annette* wait....little Annie? Is that you?!

Annette: Yeah, that's me....Wait...Uncle Pete?!

Pete: I can't believe it's you! *gets off the bench, kneels down, and outstretches his arms for a hug*

Tanya: This is your uncle?.?

Annete: Uncle! ^ ^ *runs over to Pete and hugs him* I haven't seen you since I was seven!

Pete: And I haven't seen you since I was human! My, how you've grown! But then again, you still look as small to me, since I'm huge now.
Yoba: *jumps on Pete's back* Ooohhh...so soft...

Annette: So do you still have Bucko, your gingerbreadhorse?

Pete: Nah, he ran off when I yawned at him. You...you not curious about how I turned into this beast form?

Annette: Well what happened to you anyway? Did something happen to you?

Pete: Well, on day these real shady guys came into town, and one shot me with some kind of weird dart. Next morning, I was this. *looks at his huge hands* I mean, I'm still me, but I'm also a huge bear thing.

Annette: Well creepy form aside, you're still my uncle Pete anyway.

Pete: Thanks, dear. That means so much from you. Now where have you been? Who are all your friends here?

Annette: I have no idea. But was apparently near Sugaria....For a few days' boat travel. I just left Fonduebridge one day and blacked out and the next thing I remember, I woke up surrounded by all of these people.

Anthony: Uh...hi? *Waves*
