Hunting Monsters with Veila and Zeph!

Zeph: *starts putting on her waist armor parts* So I'll be taking them on in close combat alone? Oh...

Veila: Well that jaggi kind of dislocated my shoulder so uh...I figure for at least the time being, I take on our hunts from a safe distance. Sorry sis. *starts putting on her armor*

Zeph: finishes donning her armor, and stands up, with her fists on her hips* How do I look?

Veila: You look great, Zeph. It really suits you. *finishes putting on her armor and stocks herself up on bowgun ammunition* Well, how do I look?

Zeph: So pretty! The gunner armor really looks good on you! Now let's go take out some Ludroths.

Veila: Alright! Let's do this, Zeph! *cringes as she flexes her shoulder* That's going to annoy me for sure.

Zeph: *puts her hand on Veila's shoulder, in a consoling manner, and smiles* Don't worry. Hang back from the fight and don't strain yourself too much. Plus, after the hunt, we can find some hot springs and relax! ^^

Veila: Oh, really? Great! Let's get going then, shall we? ^ ^

(in the beach area of Moga Woods, the sisters approach the shoreline, and survey the waters)
Zeph: If we were a couple of troublesome ludroths, where would we be?

Veila: Maybe in the water or on the shore area, but I don't see any right now. *keeps surveying the area*

Zeph: Hmm...*touches a fauld on the waist part of her armor* How water-proof do you think this armor is?

Veila: .....No idea. But it's worth a shot, right?

Zeph: Will you be okay to swim with your hurt shoulder?

Veila: Um....I should... Now that you mention that, I'm not exactly sure.

Zeph: Well, I'll go first and scout around. You wait here! *jumps into the water*
(after a while, Zeph surfaces, and frantically runs toward Veila)
Zeph: THEY'RE HERE!
(a ludroth shoots itself out of the water, and full-on tackles Zeph to the ground)

Veila: Oh crap! *runs back a bit before shooting at the ludroth's head*

(the ludroth notices Veila, and clambers toward her, then the second ludroth jumps out of the water and pounces on Zeph)
Zeph: OW! Dang it! *wriggles free of the droth, and slams her horn into its head*

Veila: You stay back, you. *keeps shooting the ludroth clambering toward her in the face*

(Veila's ludroth growls at the shots, but keeps proceeding slowly. Meanwhile, Zeph's ludroth bites down on her horn's handle while she holds it)
Zeph: Argh...*wrestles around with it* Leggo!

Veila: Grrr! *shoots at Zeph's ludroth before firing rapidly at her ludroth* Die!

(Zeph wrestles her horn free, and smashes the butt of it into her Ludroth's face, knocking it back, then runs and tackles Veila's droth, slamming her horn into its back)

Veila: Phew, thank heavens. I can breathe a bit. *reloads her bowgun*

(the ludroth rolls on its back, causing Zeph to be pinned down beneath it, as it rolls around again and gnaws at her)
Zeph: ack! I wish I could breathe now!
(the other Ludroth rushes to join in)

Veila: Urgh, get off her! *kicks the ludroth in the face and shoots at the other ludroth*

(the Ludroth both tumble off of Zeph, who gets up and looks at herself)
Zeph: Ech...I got ludroth spit all over me...Jerks! *smashes her horn into the closest Ludroth*
