Jenghas: Then how can you tell if you're hurt? Er...damaged?

Fierce: Prolly if I'm bleeding enough. I do still feel side effects of blood loss, yes. *runs up to Jenghas and punches and kicks at him, throwing a few clones to join her* I don't let it get me down though!

Jenghas: *jumps back a bit, and stabs through one of the clones* Don't you have a sword or something?

Fierce: Do I? Oh right. *conjures Ignis before swinging it at Jenghas*

Jenghas: Did you forget?! Woah! *blocks the swing, but it causes Jenghas to recoil, then he swings his greatsword at Feirce in a huge overhead arc*

Fierce: Well I din't wanna burn anything. *parries the overhead strike before kicking him*

Jenghas: "Burn anything"? What are you talking about?

Fierce: This sword has a name. Ignis. It's apparently a sword imbued with the purest essence of the element of fire. It came to Lore a long time ago in a sort of space craft. I found it on hike in the woods when I was younger. This sword has the power t' cut just about anything and burn through everything too.

Jenghas: ...*looks at his sword, then de-summons it* I think we're done here...

Fierce: Well uh...Okay... *de-summons her sword and scratches the back of her neck*

Jenghas: I just didn't want you to cut through my sword is all. I can't afford a new one...

Fierce: Well Drake could always reforge it for ye. He werks with that kinda stuff as a hobby.

Jenghas: Really? Could he add like...lightning or guns or other sick shit like that?

Fierce: I dunno. Probably. He's kinda weird.

Jenghas: Agreed. I don't really know what my sister sees in him. *shrugs*

Fierce: I mean...Buildin' model planes n' large shields n' such. Well, at least he keeps 'imself occupied, I guess.

~Six Months Later~

(Jenghas goes comes into the living room wearing swim trunks and dripping wet, with a towel around his neck)
Jenghas: Hey guys I killed that sea monster. What did you guys do today?

Drake: There was a sea monster?
Zinc: Depending on how battle damaged it is, I could maybe prepare it for dinner tonight then. Excellent work, Jenghas.

Jenghas: I just stabbed it a bunch and cut its head off. But it's as big as the house so I think we'll have leftovers for a while.

Zinc: Ah, larger than I expected.
Drake: At least you don't hafta cut the head off then.
Zinc: Mhm. We'll need to keep it in storage for quite a while.
Effie: *walks in sorting through mail* So I got a letter from your school, Drake. Says it got rebuilt recently, so you and Jenghas can go back to school soon.
Drake: Eh? I uh...I guess we could.

Jenghas: Oh, sweet! Now we can go kick Veron's ass that we know where it is!

Drake: Would he really go back to the school now that he's our enemy?
Effie: Obviously you guys don't scare him, so why not?
Zinc: What about you, Effie?
Effie: Me? Why would I wanna go to that school? A demon destroyed it. That's bad juju.
Drake: <.< Okay fine, then go to the school district here.
Effie: It's what I was planning on. ^ ^

Jenghas: It's not bad juju at all. Why would something get destroyed by a demon twice?

Drake: Yeah, why would it?
Effie: I dunno, okay! >,<
Drake: Maybe loosen that hat of yours.
Effie: It fits just fine, Drake.

(the doorbell rings)
Jenghas: Eh? I have never heard that doorbell ever.
