missles, preferably ones that work in space. Oh, and I cooked this up, I think it's awesome.
Hyperlight, or, Follower Missiles. Ones that will follow a ship into hyperspace or light speed and destroy it once they both exit hyper-or-lightspace

How about the main weapon being a magnetic accelerator cannon? Fires a 600 ton round 30 kilometers per second or if the ship is big enough, 3000 ton round at 12000 kilometers per second

Controlled Wormholes!
the ship fires cannister ahead in its path that detonate, triggering a temporary wormhole to appear. THe ship passes through the wormhole, and end up in a location previously encoded into the cannisters. "easy", "safe", quick travel.

Pirates would, since they kinda need to spend their own money to fuel their own ships and stuff like that. Can't be plundering and pillaging all the time.

Yes they can! That's exactly why they plunder and pillage! To afford to actually move! Plus they're cheap. They want money just to have money. They're really reluctant to give it up. That's why they also steal resources.
