Jenghas: *sighs, in exasperation* You mentioned that you had to have a following, that is true. My followers deal with justice in the mortal realm, I do not deal with petty magicians. I am dealing with a monster that wears a god's mask.

(Karii, sitting on a branch, in her humanoid form, watches Marcus ride past, chasing a spectral aspect of her)
Karii(to herself): Heh. I already did...now, back to the hunt...*readies her bow, and leaps off in the other direction*

The tree branch she was sitting on grabs her and holds her in place while Marcus backtracks.
Marcus:You're full of tricks aren't you.

The tree is the same kind his ax is made from.

Karii: Ahahaha, you keep holding me in place, without doing anything to me? You sure know how to show a woman a boring time...>,>

So his axe is made from some living thing. You murderer.

Plague:OH...well that's a silly vendetta.
Zera:You didn't derive that?
Plague:No.
Zera:Anyway...so you just came here to yell at us?

He planted two trees to replace the one he used. Lumberjacke did it allthe time.

Marcus:I wish Sera was here.*Sends Karii out of his realm*

(back on the mortal realm, Karii sits up, in the middle of a wheat field)
Karii: .............*sighs* Damn. Welp, better go bestial. Can't let some dirty mortal witness the naked goddess body. They'd explode!
(Karii shifts into her Silver Wolf form, and bounds off into the distance)

Jenghas: I came to defeat you and strip you of your godhood. Justice. *steps backward* Now, fight me.

Zera:Oh. Damn.
Plague:Hm. *absorbs Zera into himself, so he has the appearance of Zera, but with heterochromia, starting the fight in his second, spectral form* Fine.

Several hydra heads sprout from Plague-Zera's back and lob corruption at Jenghas, some of them breathe a jet of the poison at him while Plague goes for the first strike with a diagonal slash.

(Jenghas' aura pulses, and lashes out, blocking the blasts of corruption and poison, and he blocks the slash from Plague, with Law)
Jenghas: I remember a time when I felt threatened by you, but now, your dark magic and poison is nothing to me, like a bit of dirt to an eagle. *blasts a thick beam of light into one of the Hydra heads, and that light zips from one head to another, and so on, blasting each one, then he lunges at Plague, faking a right slash, then goes in for a stab to the left, aiming at his abdomen*

Plague's wound bursts forth with poisonous magic that rakes at Jenghas arm(s) for a short time before Plague releases a maelstrom of light that at least knocks himself backward, the energy melding into itself to take on individual projectile forms before some turn to darkness. They barrage Jenghas. The energy seeping from his body turns into another appendage, predictably, a hydra-head that begins its assault of corrupting breath.

(the corruption spreads across Jenghas' aura, turning it black)
Jenghas: WHAT! NO! It's not possible! *dissipates the aura* Rrgh! I do not need my aura to end your decadent acts! *conjures a sunburst, and fires it at the floor before Plague, and it explodes violently, knocking back, lightly toasting, and temporarily impairing everyone in the room's vision except Jenghas, who withstands it*

Plague had shielded his eyes a little too late and groans in aggravation, the hydra hanging from his side shakes its head and growls meekly. Plague thrusts his his fused greatsword into the floor, the electric pulse erupting from it rushing to Jenghas in an instant. The the diffusal blade were not fused with the sword that bears Plague's name, that would've been it, but the pulse was infused with dark energy, so the energy remains attached to Jenghas as a charge that begins relentlessly shocking him with variable extents of damage. Plague looks at his weapon quizzically.

Plague:Hm. You were supposed to've exploded into gory confetti. Oh well.

He follows up with various slashes, his weapon pulsing with energy whenever its blade makes contact with anything.

(for the most part, Jenghas holds his own, taking most of the damage in stride, and clashing away Plague's blade with his own.)
Jenghas: There's something you failed to realize, that sunburst refueled my aura. It will not be corrupted again. I am not so weak as to be reduced to "gory confetti" by whatever demonic tricks you use. *gets another pulse of pain and damage, and staggers* ergh...you will not defeat me.
(his golden aura starts turning red, as many fiery bolts of energy launch from the inflamed aura, and hit Plague, each one exploding)

~Meanwhile, in Marcus' realm again~
(Karii leaps onto the back of a great elk, and shoots it through the neck, and vaults off when it hits the ground)
Karii: *dismisses her bow* Oh, yes! *shakes in a primal excitement at the kill* Heh. Back in his realm and that fool doesn't even know...*bends down, conjuring her spear, and cuts into the elk* Hm...but how did Tram even get here? She's not a goddess...

The explosions force Plague to recoil. He counters with an upward horizontal slash, which shortly after the attack ends, it opens a rift where several beasts of the Void jump from to attack Jenghas. They don't last however, and instead detonate into vile poison upon contact with him, their blood acting as acid.

(the poison dissipates and evaporates in Jenghas' new fiery aura, but it also damages it, removing nearly half the aura)
Jenghas: You never learn, do you? *lunges at Zera, blade drawn high, and slices in a wide, forceful downward arc, sizzling with light energy as it goes*

Plague parries the attack, countering with a darkness-embued fist to Jenghas' stomach before his strength falters slightly, allowing his left arm to be injured. His wound takes on the properties of the injury to his side, counting two hydra heads that retaliate with breath attacks while Plague's second counter attack slashes in retaliation to his injury.

Plague:You know, the Devourer tried to do much worse than I have. Why don't you go after him instead?

His injuries begin to bleed corruption at a high enough rate the room begins to fog with it.

KFierce; because destruction and ruin is his job?.?
Witch Fierce: Is it? I've never had a Devourer in my world.

Plague:Well, my job is corruption, so there's that. ^ ^ And I'm less direct with my methods than he was. If mankind wants to bring destruction to themselves it's on them.

Marcus :Why does that girl want to ruin my paradise? Hunting for sport sickens me. If she would use the parts of the animal that can be used it wouldn't piss me off as much.

Jenghas: *stops his attacks* ..... *pauses, in deep thought, then looks to Zera* Consider the areas already corrupted your only spoils. Advance any further, and I will not go easy on you like I have. *turns to walk out*

Canis: Is it all over? Geez.
KFierce: Hi Canis! ^ ^
Canis: Yeah, hi.

The fogs draws itself into Plague and the room repairs any damages to itself via magic.

Plague:Ok then. ^ ^ *Zera separates from him*
Zera:>,> Boy, that was fun...not.
Plague:Baw, don't be such a baby.
Zera:Anyway, now I can spend my day doing nothing productive again. ^ ^ *hugs Canis and KFierce*
Plague:Ugh. Maybe I should go fuck around with Ezridus. We're still pushing into her domain afterall. *teleports*

Canis: Zera! ^ ^ *wags her tail and hugs him with KFierce*
KFierce: Zeraaaaa! ^ ^
Canis: >,> Zeraaaaaaaa! ^ ^
KFierce: ZERAAAAA! ^ ^
Canis: Zera! ^ ^
KFierce: Zeeera. ^ ^
Canis: Zerrrrra! ^ ^
KFierce: Ze-
Yuki: Knock it off!

Zera:^ ^u Aw, you two...*pets both of them* I was really looking forward to spending more time with you two when I got back from Delceone's Then we had to fight Jenghas. =.= Oh well. *looks out a window* I really should try populating this place with more scenery. It's so barren.

~Ezridus' Realm~

Plague:*waltzes in through a portal, admiring the progress the corruption has made* Ah. Nice. Reeks of victory...and it looks like even the fortress is being poisoned. *gets out a random scope to better observe the conflicts in the Hold* Hehe.

Ezridus: Ugh. That thing's here now. *bolts from her cover and sprays hundreds of magic arrows at Plague and summons her sharpshooter army to barrage him with more arrows*
