The Lore Re-Reboot (New and Shiny)

(open on the city of Elridge, in the busy marketplace. A young man clad in faded green, with scraggly dirty-blond hair sits perched on a rooftop)
Wes: Okay *looks through the crowd of people*...rich person...need a rich-looking person...well...I'll settle for not dirt-poor.

A 20 something man with a pet Zard is going to the weapon shop.
Marcus: I need an arcane shot gun please.

(the shopkeeper, the friendliest old dwarf with a big white beard and long, waxed mustache sets a bronze boomstick don on the counter)
shopkeeper: Somethin' like this, then? Oh, who's the little zard?

Marcus: That's my buddy Phineas. I hatched and trained him.

shopkeeper: Well that's wonderful! Anyway, this the kinda cannon ye want?

Marcus: Yeah. This is just what I need.

shopkeeper: Well, I can cut ye a deal since ye seem like tha honest sorta fella. How's thirty silver sound?

Meanwhile, two women are walking through the market, a woman with a nice black kimono and lilac hair in a folded ponytail and a blonde woman in a short yellow robe with horns growing out of the top of her head and a long thick yellow dragon tail swaying behind her as they walk.

Fierce: The market place sure has changed since I went away.
Auri: You didn't have to come with me you know.
Fierce: Oh, but I wanted to.

Marcus: Does it come with magic bullets?

Fierce: Oh, that device there?
Auri: Seems to be a sort of gun. They're relatively new tech being spread around. They're like crossbows, only they shoot balls of metal or sorts.
Fierce: Interesting.

shopkeeper: Er not as a rule, no. But, I can throw in a few magazines chock full o' rounds and call the whole thing 5 gold! Whaddaya say?

Wes: There we go! Looks like some sort of samurai and a...little girl playing dress-up? Okay...*hops down from his rooftop, and lands silently behind a stall. He then blends in with the crowd, bumps into Fierce, and starts to run away*

Marcus pays the five gold and gathers his new gear.

Fierce: My, people seem in a hurry these days.
Auri: Wonder where he was going?
Fierce: Hold on... My golden cat... *pats herself* It's gone.
Auri: Your...Hey! That guy might've taken it! *runs after Wes*
Fierce: Oh dear, my good luck charm.

Wes: I'm so sorry miss! Accidents happen and all! Sorry, but I've got somewhere to be! *jumps up on to a nearby rooftop with the help of his wind magic, and runs along the rooftops*

Marcus and Phineas stop infront of the two.
Marcus: Need some help?

Auri: You get back here! *breathes a mana beam at Wes' feet*
Fierce: *running after Auri* Sister, please don't damage any property!

Wes: *somersaults to avoid the breath attack, then jumps back down onto the street, unharmed, and darts into a nearby alleyway*
(a few moments later, Wes is knocked back by a small, but forceful explosion, and lands at Auri and Fierce's feet. And from the alleyway steps a young woman with long, silky pink hair, and clad in a peculiar iridescent dress, seeming to shift between blue, green, and purple hues, while the dress is fitted with golden armor parts, shoulders, chestplate(covering just her upper torso), and boots. She walks up to the suddenly horizontal thief)
Aurora: Is this your thief?

Auri: Why yes that is. Now give my sister back her good luck charm or I'll breathe on you point blank. *kicks Wes' shoulder lightly*

Wes: I don't know anything about a charm! Really! It was just an honest mistake! Also, you're gonna breath on me? I really don't understand that threat...

Marcus:*walking over looking at the scene* I'd give back what ever you took. One of these ladies is a dragon.

Fierce: He speaks the truth about my sister.
Auri: You think that beam at your feet was a spell? That was my breath.

Wes: What in the-....so that isn't just some sort of costume?! Well you're very pretty for a dragon!
Aurora: Just give back what you stole. *conjures some borealic magic around her, intimidating Wes*
Wes: Eep! Okay fine! *takes out the charm from his pocket, and gives it up to Fierce*

Fierce: Thank you. *takes the charm and puts it between her boobs in her kimono*

Aurora: That's a wonderful kimono. Are you from the Sunrise Region?

Fierce: Not natively, but yes, I am from there. Thank you for your kind compliment.
Auri: Your dress is also very pretty, miss.
