Lore Reboot Again: World Demon War

Kara: Really? I suppose I'll ask her later, she seems quite busy now.

Fierce: yeah, she is a bit busy at the moment.
Drake: So how goes your project?
Fierce: All done. Drakel buddies are workin' out the final details.

Kara: What's the project? I mean, if you don't mind me asking...

Fierce: Jus' sum'in' t' help yew guys take on those demon thingies is all.
Drake: Oh man, you made us a fighter plane?! Aw, thank you so much, sis! ^ ^
Fierce: Fighter plane? Psh no.

Kara: Well then what is it? Some kind of turbo laser gun or something?

Fierce: Well it's prolly got those on it. Yew'll see soon.

Kara: Does it have to do with ki energy? What I was doing seemed useful in dispatching the demons.

Fierce: Uh...Maybe. I just asked my buddies for help is all.

Kara: Well, either way it's exciting. We need all the help we can get against the demons. So uh...what is there to do for fun around here?

Drake: Oh there's a lot. This place as a pool out back with this huge waterslide connecting out of the second floor living room. It's great.
Fierce: Oh yeah, I remember that. I pushed ye down that slide once. Screamed allllll the way down. ^ ^
Drake: Come on, that wasn't funny.

Kara: Aw, was that when you guys were kids?

Fierce: Yeah, when we were kids.
Drake: Uh huh. We were maybe 7 or so.

Kara: Hey Drake, why don't we go take a walk along the beach? :3

Drake: Oh, yeah sure, Kara. That would be great. Let's go! ^ ^

(On the beach, Kara breathes deeply and tries to find the courage in herself to hold hands with Drake)
Kara: So uh...you have a lot of good memories here I'm guessing?

Marcus and Izzy find themeselves at the beach house as well. Being worried about their class mates.

Drake: Mhm. Many memorable summers here. I even learned how to swim in these waters here. My mom taught me and she was just so happy to see me swimming on my own. She said it was a very proud moment in her life.

Kara: Cute! ^^ She sounds really nice and supportive.

Drake: Mom's always been a very supportive woman. Dad's a lucky man to have married a woman like her.

Gwen lets lose a roar of triumph at having found the place.

Kara: He sure is! It's really nice, two people having each other like that.
(Kara reaches for Drake's hand, but the moment her finger touches his, the sand in front of them erupts, and a muscular, tan man looms over them clad in swim trunks)
man: What are you doing on my beach?!
Kara: Wah! What the hell?!
man: Trespassers! Prepare to die at the hands of me, Julio! *thrusts his fist forward towards Drake, and a huge column of sand hits him in the chest, and buries him up to his head, then the sand hardens* Hahaha! I can control sand with my mind! In this domain, there is no one that can match me!

Drake: But this is Battle family property though! Let me out of here.

Julio: Fool! You can't own sand!
Kara: ....what?
(Julio launches another column of sand at Kara, but she rolls out of the way)
Kara: Drake, are you okay?

Drake: I'll be fine, Kara. Just as soon as I get out of here. *struggles in the hardened sand*

Julio: Fool! You can't escape my sand trap! As long as I'm in the sand, I'm unstoppable!
Kara: Just sit tight, Drake. I'll handle this.
Julio: Now take this! *fires a flurry of pellets of sand at Kara*
Kara: *breathes deeply, and deflects them all with accurate punches*
Julio: Think you can stop this! Sand Tsunami! *thrusts his hands into the ground, and a huge wave of sand rushes toward Kara*
Kara: No I can't. But I don't have to. *floods Ki to her foot, and uses that to jump up over the wave of sand, then when she hits the ground, she sends out the ki in her foot in a shockwave at Julio, who dodges it by sinking into the sand*
