Lore Reboot Again: World Demon War

Open on Battleon City Academy, the city's leading high school. It's the start of the first day of our cast's senior year of high school, and everyone is entering their classroom for the first time. 

(Kara eagerly walks into the room, visibly excited)
Kara: Oh this is it! I've finally made it!
(Jenghas follows her)
Jenghas: Calm down, it's only senior year.

Drake: *near a window looking out* How come my siblings got to be home schooled and I didn't? *sighs*

(Kara sits at a desk next to Drake, then looks over at him)
Kara: Hello! My name is Kara! I should be a junior but I got bumped up a grade! ^^

Drake: Oh, hi. I'm Drake. It's nice to meet you, Kara.

Kara: Likewise! So, what do you know about our teacher? 
Jenghas: What, Mr. Veron? He's a drunk. He always brings a flask to class, from what I've heard. *sits next to Kara, and puts his feet up on his desk* Oh,  hey Drake.

Drake: Yeah, hey Jenghas. Mr. Veron shouldn't really be a problem.

Kara: Yeah, I really don't think that's true, Jenghas. 
Jenghas: Argh, this is so boring! Why did you drag me here so early?
Kara: Because it's important to be early! I know how tardy you like to be.
Jenghas: Uggh! *puts his head down on his desk* It's not my fault I like sleep better than school. 
Kara: *sighs* You're hopeless. *turns to Drake* So, Drake! What are your hobbies? 
Jenghas: What are you doing?
Kara: I'm getting to know new people, shut it!

Drake: Hobbies? Well I train in defensive magic and lance usage in my spare time. I guess that could be a hobby. That or making weapons.

Kara: Oh, you're a warrior then? So are Jenghas and I!

Drake: Oh, that's pretty cool. What do you guys do?

Jenghas: ....zzzz...
Kara: *sighs* ...He uses a greatsword and dagger. I prefer using martial arts, combined with my special skills.

Drake: Ah, cool. My sister uses a rather large sword too.

Kara: I never understood why. They're so slow and clunky.

Drake: Yeah, my lance and shield are like that too. That's why I specialize more in defense. So what about those skills you mentioned?

Kara: Oh, ah! *takes a coin from her bag, and hands it to Drake* Flick this at by brother, aiming directly above my shoulder. *smiles slightly* Trust me.

Drake: Um... Not sure I can do that, but I'll try... *flicks the coin at Jenghas*

(in the split second that the coin passes over Kara's shoulder, her other hand darts out to catch it between her index and middle fingers.)
Kara: See? My dad says I have superhuman reflexes.

Drake: Oh, that's pretty cool.

Kara: And that's not all I can do, of course. If we end up sparring together later, I'll show you! ^^

Andrew: What? That's it? That's pretty mundane and blah...

Marcus walks in his panther kitten gambles in behind him.

Kara: *to Andrew* Eh? Who are you?

Andrew: I'm a student here, obviously. Name's Andrew.

Kara: Well...hi. And I'm sorry you think my skills are mundane. But what can you do?

Izzy: Excuse me *to Andrew * Who is the cute guy with the panther kitten?
