Layla: *looks aside, blushing slightly*
Baird: So, Proxzki, what do you say about joining us? "the more, the better," I always say!

Proxzki:*thinks for a few seconds then smiles* Yeah, sure. ^ ^ It's been really boring by myself, tagging along with you guys couldn't hurt.

Baird: Great! I trust you have a mount, or a mode of transportation?

Chris:Welcome to our group.

Proxzki:Eh, yeah. I've got transportation magic. And I'm sure this'll be great fun. So do you guys hunt your own food? Buy it?

Layla: transportation magic? You mean blinking, or teleporting?

Proxzki:....well, I take on an ethereal form which allows me to propel myself. I'm actually not very good with classes of magic like blinking and teleportation. Silly, I'm sure, but it's true.

Hana: That still sounds amazing! Truly incredible.

Chris:Indeed.

Layla: That is amazing...I have only come across rare levitation spells. This must be a new one! You must teach it to me some time.

Proxzki:Where I'm from, such magic is made often. In Arkalite, there are many innovators of magic and combat, though most of this knowledge rarely escapes the confines of the Range, and is normally not passed down to others. I'll be happy to teach you, though.

Layla: Interesting. Due to the Arkalite nature of your magic, It may be very difficult to learn the spell. Still, it does not hurt to try.

Chris:Hey Proxzki? How are you with Arrow spells?

Proxzki:Uh, nope. Can't do arrows....well, technically I can, but it would be illegal for me to teach you the kind of arrows I can make.

Chris:Good to know.

Layla: *to Chris* ? I wonder why you did not ask me that when we met. After all, I am a magic user.

Proxzki:*to Chris* Well, not that it really matters to me what the legality of it is. If you just meant making you the arrows, then sure, whatever. I suppose that's what you meant since you don't seem like much of a magic user...

Layla: I have not heard of any specific arrow spells, although there are some conjurers who summon ethereal weapons, even bows.
Baird: Psh. If you can't summon a nice warm bed and some ale, then why bother with conjuration?
Layla: =.=

Chris:I guess I didn't think about it Lyla.

Hana: I've only ever heard of people using ball spells and never arrow spells.

Layla: Ball spells?

Proxzki:Yeah, ball spells? What?.?

Hana: Like fire balls.

Proxzki:Huh. Well, I guess...it seems like a poor way to defend yourself, using spherical spells. They usually aren't big enough to be too dependable in terms of accuracy, but when they land I guess its good for discouraging enemies. Arkalites usually tailor their spells to be as lethal as possible, since we use blood magic. I only found out about spells that shot fireballs and such after I went out and wandered the continent a bit.

(a rumbling sound resounds throughout the trees, and grows louder and louder as dozens of armored knights and men-at-arms ride by on large warhorses)
Layla: Eep! *hides in the water*
Baird: What the? They're riding towards Elridge!
(one of the knights stops and faces the group in the spring)
knight: Bathers! Be advised, a horde of gigantic insects is attacking the city of Elridge! Any able-bodied warrior are bid to ride to defend it by the Queen! *turns and rides on*
