Just go into the lounge area and find a button on one of the walls, it'll you take you down to the mech bay, talk to Lily about it.

Maricia:Thanks.*heads into the lounge and finds the button pressing it. Sending her to the Mech bay.*Hmm Now where is Lily?

Jenghas: *starts taking off his clothes* I gotta pilot that thing! *scrambles over to the elevator to the mech, stumbling all the way over his clothes*

Lily: Wah! What the hell is wrong with you?! *turns her back on him*

Jenghas: I'm getting the itch for battle! *strips off his boxers, and steps onto the elevator* ...How does this thing work?

Lily: once you go up, the suit will be pressed onto your body with vaccuum hoses, once you're near the top, the vaccuums will further press the suit onto your body. Don't worry, it'll only hurt if you struggle.

Jenghas: Better not struggle then. *presses the button, and gets lifted up into his suit, and up into a catwalk next to the cockpit* Holy fuck, that's form-fitting! *opens up the cockpit and inserts his arms and legs into the control sockets, and the stabilization pads extend and press onto him, holding him still, upright, then the cockpit closes and the mech starts up*

Lily: I guess you don't need any explanations on controlling it.

Jenghas: Nah, the standard military mechs were pretty much like this. *exits the catwalk system and begins to walk around the bay* All right! So who do we fight first?

Lily: I dunno. Maybe something? I actually have no idea.

Maricia:Hey Lily is there room in here for an Aerial Mech?

Lily: of course, there should be room here for at least sixteen mechs here.

Jenghas: Guys, my radar's picking up loads of activity outside.

Eve: Father.....we have visitors.

(large booms rock the base, as the alarms go off)

Jenghas: haha! showtime!

Fierce: *comes in* Alright, time for some action.
Lily: Don't stri in front of me.
Fierce: * Whatever. *starts stripping as she walks to the elavator next to the Radisu*

Jenghas: Wait, how the hell do we exit the base?

Andrew: *Climbs into his mech* Ready. Someone open the doors.

Lily: Your mech are all on piston platforms that lift you up. The entire ceiling above us opens up to let you guys out. As for the heavy we got....Hmmm, I'm gonna need to work on something for that mech.

Jenghas: Well, hurry the damn up! I'm itching to fight again! C'mon C'mon C'mon!

Lily: Fine. *runs into a control room and activates the doors*, the platforms lowly raise up as the huge ceiling slowly opens into two halves* Man, i gotta work on this deployment system.

(at the surface, four alien mechs are waiting, while throwing around standard military mechs and blasting them)
Jenghas: Looks like they're just playing around. Let's kick their asses before they figure out this is a base! *runs over to one, rips the gun from its hands, and starts pummeling it in the face*

Maricia flies in in the Angel of mercy.
Maricia:*Over com channel*What do you you want me to do Jack?

Andrew says nothing as he spools up his mech's gattling guns and unloads dozens of rounds into several military and alien mechs.

Jenghas: woah, jesus! Why are you opening fire upon military units?! *smashes his fist into an alien cockpit, and throws it on the ground* Cease fire on ally units!

Lily: Sorry maricia, but Jack's not at the command right now.
Jack: I'm here now. I had to piss.
Lily: You old fool.
Jack: Just defeat all the enemies, maricia. I don't want excessive amounts of damage to the base.

Andrew: Sorry, didn't know....
Andrew shifts the Metal Overlord's aim to the alien mechs instead.
