Jessica: What does it look like I was trying to do?! *Throws more freezing bolts at Hugor's legs*

(the giant of a man finally topples over, dead)
Del: *grunts, and sits up straight* Good gods..

Jessica: The hell was with that guy?

Kukri: I dunno. but the way he was shrugging off arrows? Man.

Some rapid steps are heard coming from a fair distance away, and over time they increase in volume, though not by much given the ground is just dirt and such. Soon enough, the sounds source arrives, revealing it to be a black-haired male whose hair is graying far too early for his young appearance. He pauses to catch his breath, and looks about the corpse-ridden area and the surviving party.

Zera:Well, fuck. I'm too late. *sighs and looks to everyone* ... *groans* Alright, who needs healing? Since I'm kind of required to ask in situations like this.

KFierce: I kind of need healing. I think. my shoulder hurts.

Jessica smiles and starts gently rubbing Kukri's shoulders.
Jessica: Alright, I'll handle it.
Her hands glow warmly with healing magic as it spreads down to Kukri's body.

Del: *coughs* How about the guy who was almost killed by that big guy? I think he broke one or two of my ribs...
(a blond elf girl hops down from one of the trees)
girl: Any treasure, gold, or magical artifacts are mine!

KUkie: Ahhhh...Niiiiice! ^ ^ *purrs*

Zera: Oh. Well...alright. *goes over to Del and starts healing him* Really odd that you were the only one to sustain serious injury.

Del: Better me than innocent women. Wait, *looks to the elf girl that just appeared* Who the hell are you?
girl: Why do you wanna know?

Kukri: I guess they didn't wanna really hurt me.

girl: Yeah, they wanted to hurt you. And do worse than that. But they didn't get the chance to.
Del: Why aren't you wearing pants? Why do all the women here not dress appropriately?!

Kukri: Well I thought women weren't allowed to wear pants. Well, humans, that is.

girl: Heh. i'm not human. *winks, and pulls back her hair to reveal elf ears*
Del: *sighs, and gets up and stretches* Thanks for the healing, paladin. What was your name?

Kukri: Cool! Me neither! ^ ^ *hugs the girl* We can be friends.

Zera:Ah, my name is Zera...*looks to Kukri* why ARE you naked? That's extremely dangerous.

girl: .....heh...yeah...>///> *slips out of Kukri's embrace* My name is Gale.
Del: And mine is Del. And this, is Jeremy. *gestures to Jeremy, which is gnawing on one of the fallen bandits*

Kukri: I'm naked. I'm wearing a scarf.

Zera:=.= The only thing that covers is your neck, and maybe your shoulders from time to time. I guess it's foolish to argue though. I'm sure that since you weren't raped by any bandits that you can fight well enough for yourself.

Gale: *rifling through the bandit corpses* Feh. They got nothing. Stupid scrub bandits.
Del: Well, I must find their hovel and defeat the leader. Well met. *starts to walk off*
(just then, a magical crystal appears, embedded in the ground, and emanates with blue energy, which encompasses all the adventurers)
crystal: Your destinies are now intertwined. You must band together, use your strengths, and liberate the world from evil.
(the crystal then disappears)
Gale: ....... okay, who slipped me the mushrooms?

Kukri: Well, we all saw it. I wonder how iy meant we're intertwined? We're not tied up at all.

Gale: It's metaphorical. I hope...
Del: You...think we should travel together now?

Zera:I guess. I'm sure horrible things would befall us if we didn't listen to a glowing rock. Which is a silly notion to me...but it's the kind of world we live in.
