Lore: Revisited

Gale: Okay, let's go find these stupid bandits' base. It's bound to have loads of gold and treasure! ...dibs, by the way.
Del: ...-_- Fine then, It'll be good to have help in this mission.

Zera:So, do we know where it actually is or are we just gonna wander around until we find it?

Del: I suppose we could follow the big guy's tracks. He seemed to have left some definite footprints.

Kukri: Yeah, let's follow those tracks instead.

The ax wielding ranger walks up to Kukri.
???:I can help with tracking.

Zera:I'm sure tracking a brute's foot prints is simple enough. Let's get going. That is, if we're certain everyone's ready?

Del: I'm always ready to vanquish evil.
Gale: >,> *stands up* Yeah, I'm ready. Only found one lousy copper coin among all these bandits.
~bandit hideout~
(the adventurers are positioned in the bushes outside of it, hidden from view)
Gale: Okay, there are three of them standing guard. So who wants to go first?

Zera:Sure, I'll happily go in. Gimme a sec...

He turns into a cloud of dark energy, more or less a gaseous silhouette, and springs forth from the bush almost instantly closing the short distance, returning to normalcy in time to rush into a bandit. All manner of surprise is heard among the bandits as Zera curses loudly, his target stunned or knocked out.

When the other two bandits assault him he awkwardly swings a large, curved greatsword, cutting into them and knocking one to the side and the other into one of the walls of the hideout.

(Del rushes in to smash into the nearest bandit's head from behind)
Del: I figured you could use some help.
(the bandit that Zera tackled hastily gets up, and rushes at Zera with a rusty billhook)

Zera:Yeah, th- shit! *takes cover behind his sword, comes up from the cover and grabs the bandit's wrist, and slams his assailant's head into the pommel of the sword hard enough to kill him* Fucker.

(the last bandit rushes at Del, swinging his sword, but Del knocks it away with his shield, and sweeps across the bandit's legs with his morningstar, knocking him over, then stomps on his neck)
(Gale comes around the bush and approaches them)
Gale: Wow. you two make a pretty good team...

Jessica: Aww, I wanted to beat at least one up.

Del: Well there are many more in there.
Gale: Well, go one then. I need a meatshiel-ER, a companion there, for support. Heh!

Kukri: Yeah, i'd prefer a big strong meatshield too.

Gale: Hey, she said it, not me!
Del: ....right....Well, in we go, then. *enters the hideout*
~inside the hideout~
(Del enters into a dark foyer, which leads into a hallway, leading into a room, where a bunch of bandits are sitting around a fire)
Gale: *follows him, sneakily* Remember, stealth and surprise are our greatest weapons here. we have to sneak by silently-
Del: ATTENTION, FOUL CRIMINALS! WE HAVE COME TO PUT AN END TO YOUR NEFARIOUS WAYS, AND BRING YOU ALL TO JUSTICE!
Gale: ...-_-
(the bandits get up, some yelling and some grumbling, brandishing their crude weapons, and advancing on the adventurers)

Jessica: Nice going. -_-u *Draws her sword*

Del: *readies his shield, and bashes one of the oncoming bandits*
Gale: Hup! *hops up onto the frame of the door, and shoots another bandit*

Kukri: Ah! *takes a sword in a sheath from a rack on a nearby wall and starts attacking the bandits nearest her* Thanks for the sword, guys! Now I'll pay you back....With your blood!

(the bandit near Kurki clashes swords with her, and hacks at her sword)
(Del smashes the axe out of the hand of the bandit he was fighting, and kicks his chest)
(Gale shoots another bandit in the arm)

Zera swings his blade in an arc over his head, cutting into and slamming a couple bandits into the ground. Other nearby bandits stab and slash at him, though as he sustains wounds he heals for some of the damage with magic. As his sword is so slow, he engages into melee with the armed bandits.

Kukri: Get away from me! *side kicks the bandit to get him away from her and closes the distance with a quick stand through his chest* One down. Phew.

Jessica manages to sidestep one of the bandit's weapons before psychically throwing him back and slashes a second bandit before glancing over to Kukri.
Jessica: Kukri, you alright?

Kukri: yeah, that guy just overwhelmed me a bit is all.

(Del slams his mace into one bandit's necks, crushing his windpipe)
(just then, a huge fireball explodes right in the center of the group, blowing everyone back)

Were they supposed to be conscious afterwards?

Jessica: Ugh....
The blonde girl sits up after she lands, wincing with pain.
Jessica: The hell was that?!
