Cole: Uh... Well okay, yeah. *goes into a room with electric types being forced to expel their electricity to feed machines* Oh dear...

Akane: *gasps* This is...terrible...
Jax: Yeah...kinda saw something like this coming, though.
Ophelia: What?!
Jax: What! The guy's a psychopath!

Cece and Jordan walk up to the entrance to the underground base, with Laura still magnetized to the wall.
Cece: Hey, Laura, was it? Did our friends ever exit this place, or are they still inside?.?

Laura: They went downstairs into science guy's lab. *undoes her belt and jumps down from the wall* Finally! Daggum steel bastard stuck mah belt to the wall!

Cece: Well you could've asked us to let you down, we would've done it. *Shrugs*
Jordan: Sorry about our friend doing that to ya.

Laura: It's okay. Clearly ya'll got some beef with us anyway.

Ophelia: We have to shut these machines down. Immediately.

Cole: Yeah. *lifts the machines into the air, severing the cables connecting them* First part's done at least. *gets hit with a fireball* Gah! *drops the machines as he reels from the pain*
Devon: *shows up a crimson mecha with multiple gun attachments and bulky armor plating* I won't let you free my children!
Cole: These are your kids?! You sick bastard!
Devon: Well actually I grew them from lab samples of a legendary being of electricity. It was rather hard to get any samples of DNA of the individual. They're artificial constructs anyway. Who cares what condition they're in? They can output so much more electrical power than any electric type I've seen. They're perfect batteries!

Jax: Uh...wow. This is like the grayest moral issue I've seen. What do we do? There's no way these guys can lead normal lives...

Jordan: I suppose, can't speak for the others, though my cousin and I were held prisoner by the group Stella's from. Oh, and an ex-friend turning into an evil bitch for some reason.

Laura: Oh, you know Stella, huh? Yeah, she's a weird one.

Cole: What do you mean?
Devon: He means you'll just all die anyway! *sends a huge blast of electricity at them*

Cece: >.> Anyway, I think that ex-friend's name was Elise or something, and that's why they're so against your group. Again, so sorry about what they just did to you.
She walks into the hideout to find the others, with Jordan close behind her.

Jax: No we won't!
Ophelia: *brings up a huge root from the ground under the floor, which attracts and blocks the electricity* Stop this! Can't you see this is madness?!

Devon: Can't YOU see that attacking my laboratory is also madness? My work doesn't concern you all in the slightest!

Jax: Hey buddy! I'll tell you what does and/or doesn't concern me, alright!
Ophelia: Jax, just....I'll handle the talking, okay?
Jax: What? I'm trying to be badass here.

Devon: You're just here trying to destroy my research AND gathering of power to route to the other thieves' guild bases, alright? That's rather rude.
Cole: Even so, you're enslaving... People? Are they people?
Devon: No, they're constructs. Grown in the lab. They may look human, but they're entirely artificial.

Maurice : All life is important. Even if it was made.

Ophelia: Enough of this! We're going to stop you! *uses her vine to pick up a huge chunk of machinery, then chucks it at Devon's mech*

Maurice hits it with a force palm.

A force field generates around him, blocking the impacts before tentacles made of plasma stab at the group.

Cole: Gah! This guy...
Devon: Ha ha! What do you think of my plasma, huh? Incredible, isn't it? So much can be done with plasma. Against you solids, I am invincible!
Cole: Yet fling some mud at you and you'll fizzle.
Devon: As long as I am inside this type repellent robot, I'm fine, of course. However, the only drawback being that this stuff comes off from very hot water. Which is why I never want that bimbo upstairs coming down here and shooting up the place!
Cole: Interesting... *strokes his chin*

Jax: ....Why'd you tell us that?

Cole: Someone's got a few screws loose upstairs.
Devon: .... Shit! Forget I said anything about the water!

Jax: So uh...bye! *whispers to the group* Guys, keep him busy! *shifts into the shadows, then goes up to the casino floor* Hey uh...southern water lady! We need your water! Can you get it hot?

Cole: Alright then. *sends out magnet bombs at the force field*
Devon: Hey! Don't go! Dammit!
