Pokemon: Amethyst

Amethyst: Jake, aim for the eye when you see it.
Jake nods and stands still, waiting for the whirlipede to roll past him.

Maricia:Amethyst let me handle this.

Amethyst: But you need to his its eyes. You can't possibly win just baking its hard shell.

Maricia:No backseat Battling.

(this time, the whirlipede launches itself high in the air, and plummets down to the floor, straight for Fireheard, striking him in the head)
scientist: ahah!

Fireheart shakes it off and bites it with blazing fangs. (fire fang)

(whirlipede's carapace isn't affected much, and it rolls around again to jab Fire Heart with one of its poison barbs)

Fireheart doesn't give up the flame on it's tail glowing brighter and he slices the whirlipedes eye with his iron claw.

scientist: ah, so you aren't stubborn. Well, try THIS on for size! *reaches for a pokeball, but finds none* oh, that was my last one. Damn. .... *runs away*

Maricia:Good job Fireheart.*gives him a pecha berry to deal with the poison and a sitrus Berry to give him more energy.*

Lia: Where did you get those? Can I have some?

Maricia:Sure,*gives her a few berries* Just watch out the Sitrus Berries can be kinda sour.

Lia: *munches on the berries* wow, these are terrible...
(after getting the data, the team scrambles up to the surface, battling every grunt in their way, but never running into Lia's mom)
Lia: Ah! It's always great to see relatives again. What do you think my mom was doing in a Nova base, anyway?

Alex: Um....well from the looks of it, it seemed like she was a high ranking member. Now where's the town? I gotta get you to a donut shop.

Amethyst: <.< Let's get the hell outta here.

Lia: Wait.......what? I....no. She...I mean, she's a bitch and all, but she wouldn't be a criminal like that!
