Pokemon: Amethyst Redux

Serena:*searching*Why would someone steal fossils?

Riley: Are you guys sure we should be searching the place? What if there's a big tough burly leader guy in here that they'll cry to in here or something? We'll be worm food for sure! Q.Q

Danny: Don't worry, that guy with the Sandslash must've been their leader.
grunt: *whispering into a walkie-talkie* Boss, heads up, the intruders are searching for you!

A mysterious person enshrouded in a shaded room responds with a walkie talkie and speaks in a little girl's voice.

: You couldn't handle them on your own? You useless fool. Fine, I'll wait for them here in my office then.

Danny: hmm....those fossils must be somewhere...*sees a room labeled "Boss's Room" Hmmm...he must have hid them in his room...*opens the door* now where are they...

Someone flicks a switch and it reveals itself to be a ceiling lamp, illuminating the entire room and revealing a girl about Danny's age dressed in similar attire to the grunts outside sitting at a desk piled with neatly organized papers as well as a few pokeballs and, conveniently, the fossils.

: Looking for something?

Danny: Uh...um....what's uh...what's someone like you doing here? Did they uh....kidnap you or something?

Rina: Kidnap? Far from it. I'm the boss of these imbeciles. i was sent here to collect the fossils from those weakling archaeologists outside. My boss was hoping there'd be something interesting in them. Since my father was a top archaeologist before he died, he taught me a lot about fossils so the boss put me in charge here. Now, if you value your life, you'll turn back now.

Danny: No! I demand that you return those fossils to their proper owners! *sends out his Dratini*

Rina: No! I, Rina, of team Nova will never hand over something I worked so hard at planning for! *rolls a pokeball off her desk and an angry mankey comes out* Mankey! Seismic toss!

The mankey grabs Danny's dratini and throws it into Danny, breaking through the wall behind him.

Rina: Gosh darnit, I didn't want a window in my office, Mankey! *looks at the fossils* One of them's aerodactyl, but....I've never seen this one before. not to mention, there's another aerodactyle skull and a cradily and omanyte fossil in there as well as a kabuto fossil. i don't think the boss wants those. Oh right, I'm in a battle. Mankey go after the snake thing and weak boy and finish them with a karate chop.
Mankey runs out of the door and karate chops Danny and his dratini.

Danny: Dratini, thunder wave!
(Dratini emits a wave of weak electricity at Mankey, paralyzing it)
Danny: Now wrap!
(Dratini wraps around Mankey, squeezing it)

Rina: *walks up to the doorway and leans against a side, propping her foot against the other side, nonchalantly* Assurance.
Mankey fights the paralysis and grows angry before punching the dratini.
: Fiona! Wing attack!
Fiona flies in and wing attacks the mankey in its head, knocking it out.
Rina: What the?! How?! You were at full strength!
Riley: *runs in* oops, guess she hit its weak spot. Sorry. ^ ^
Rina: Sorry's not gonna cut it, you bully! The boss gave me that mankey!

Danny: Who's the bully here? Hand over those fossils you stole! *sends out Eevee, then crouches down to lay his hands on Dratini, healing him*

Rina: You sure you wanna use eevee on me? My specialty is fighting, as you may have heard me say. And no!

Danny: He's here for support, now send out your next Pokemon. *finishes healing his Dratini*

Rina: Fine. *goes and gets another pokemon, sending out a machop* Huh? Oh, this is the one I stole before I got here.

Danny: Why do you steal Pokemon?! Eevee, sand attack! Dratini, paralyze it!
(eevee kicks up sand at Machop, and Dratini hits it with a thunder wave)

Rina uses a paralyze heal on the machop.
Rina: Uh.....Use..... low kick...or....Something.
The machop uses low kick on Danny's eevee.
Rina: oh good, you knew who to hit. Maybe you're not useless after all.

Danny: Rrrhh...Dratini, use twister!
(Dratini jumps up, and whips up a small tornado engulfing Machop, and whipping him around into walls)
Danny: *crouches down and lays his hands on Eevee, healing him*

Rina: Ugh! Knocked out already! Rrrrh! Fine! have your fossils! but I'm taking two of them and that's that!
Riley: Awww! But you have to give them back, nice cute girl.
Rina: *blushes and grows angry* Sh-Shut up! Stupid boy! *goes into her office and toses a crate of fossils at them before the entire place rumbles and a loud whirring resounds as her entire office tunnels away into the underground*

Danny: We have to go after her! She can't get away with those fossils!

Riley: but we have most of them here.

Danny: That's no excuse! *starts climbing down the tunnel* C'mon!

She actually tunneled ahead.
