Peeko: Oh, right! *zips her hoodie back up and helps cole out of his jacket* Why do you insist on wearing this thing? So heavy too.
Cole: That's because it's made with chain mail woven in. It brings me comfort. *sits up and takes off his shirt, showing off his muscular, although bruised and lacerated chest*
Peeko: Ick. Looks like you might have some ribs out.
Cole: Yeah, feels like a couple are broken.

Ophelia: Not to worry! *wraps Cole's chest with bandages, then goes into the back room for a bit, and comes out with a vial of red liquid* Here, drink this. It's no chai tea, but it will heal your wounds. All you have to do is take it easy for a few hours.

Ophelia: Oh? Well Jax is my brother. Well, adopted brother but I love him all the same. One day my parents found him all alone on the side of the road outside of town, and raised him like their own.

Kubota: Sure, right after you tell me where to find that old fart! Hey...where'd that purple guy go? He was right there a second ago...
Jax crawls up Kabuto in shadow form, then wraps around his sword hand. He jumps into his physical form, kicking Kubota back and grabbing his sword in the process. Immediately, Jax falls forward a bit, and drops the sword on the ground as if it's too heavy for him
Jax: Gah! Stupid non-steel typing. I could swing that around if I were a steel type. Hey! Cole! Use that sword!
