Poke-shounen story(The actual!)

Cole: Well crap. She's on the loose then. And likely out for blood. the blood of a...very beautiful...grass-type, no doubt.

Ophelia: She can try. 
Akane: Let's not worry about that now! Let's continue with our quest, okay?

Cole: Yeah, let's get on with our quest now.

Jax: Akane, where did they say that that old stone bracelet was?
Akane: Umm...that old guy that told me the legend said it was on a tall mountaintop south of the village! *points to a distant green peak to the south*
Ophelia: And what did it do, exactly? 
Akane: I don't think mountains do anything, Ophelia...

Cole: So then we just head up the mountain. Fair enough.

Ophelia: Akane, I meant the stone bracelet. What does it do? 
Akane: Oh! Well he said it powered up the wearer in a way that they could change their form for a while. But he also said that the mountain is dangerous, and no one's ever climbed it.

Cole: I wonder why no one's ever climbed it before? Surely a rock type or two could've scaled it easily by now. *looks toward the mountain*

Akane: Yeah, or a flying-type could have just flown up there. *shrugs* I gunno, guess we'll find out when we get there. 
(later, as they trudge on through the rainforest toward the mountain)
Ophelia: Ugh! *slaps her arm, then her hip* So many bugs around! It's annoying!

Cole: Yeah, it looks like we're almost there though.

Akane: Oh, I know! I'll fly up and see how far it is! *turns her arms into wings, flies up for a while, then comes back down and turns her wings into arms* It's about...um...it's pretty far away. 
Jax: Hooooow helpful!

Cole: Well at least you tried. *sighs* All we can do is push on.

Akane: Right! *continues on* Man, this is gonna be such an easy que-*stops suddenly*

Cole: Why'd you stop? Everything alright?

Akane: I....can't...move! 
(the sun shines through the clouds to illuminate a huge spider web ensnaring Akane)
Ophelia: Ugh. Just hold on, I'll get you down. *readies a razor leaf*
(Just then, more string shoots out of the canopy, encasing Akane in a cocoon of string)
Akane's muffled voice: Ack! I can't move and it's dark! Help!

Cole: Must be the work of an enemy. A bug type no doubt.
Addie: Oh no.

(A short, cute, blue-haired girl jumps out of the canopy, with insect wings and beetle horns, wearing a maroon tank top, khaki short shorts, and work boots)
???: Hahaha! Now that my only weakness is taken care of, taking care of you chumps will be a cake-walk!
Jax: Ah! It's a weird bug girl I guess. 
Ophelia: Oh no...*hides behind Cole* Get that thing away from me...

Cole: *crackles with energy* Let my friend go. Now.

???: Not a chance, metal boy! *vibrates her wings against her back in such a way that sends a wave of supersonic rings at Cole that confuse and disorient him*

Cole: Agh. My head. *holds his head as he stumbles a bit* Ah...Ophelia, hold me.

Ophelia: *holds onto Cole's shoulders* I've got you!
???: *flies up and kicks Cole square in the chest* Hahaha! That's right, I'm Bug type and Fighting type! 
Jax: *shadow sneaks behind the bug girl, and hits her with a pulse of shadowy energy* Take that, creepy bug girl! 
???: Ugh, my name is Rissa, if you want to know! Now take this! *thrusts her hands out at Jax, firing several needles into him*

Addie: Oh, then I can beat you! ^ ^ Take that! *throws glitter on Rissa*

Rissa: ....What was that?

Addie: Umm...Attack...glitter... >.>

Rissa: Oh...lemme guess, you're a fairy type? 
(Ophelia quickly tries to cut open the cocoon, but Rissa sees her)
Rissa: Oh no you don't, that chick would wreck me! *buzzes over to Ophelia, and retracts large bug-like mandibles that bite into Ophelia*
Ophelia: Augh! *recoils, and falls to the ground*

Cole: Ophelia! *rushes over to her and picks her up* You'll be okay.
Addie: Okay how about this! *shoots an odd pink beam at Rissa*
