Pokemon: Age of Steel

The wind around Maya starts to kick up as a Tropius hovers about the cistern with a man astride it. the person astride the large pokemon brings a rope out of the pack on his back and lowers it down.
???:Grab the rope.

Jerro: Ah! The Rockets have flying Pokemon now! Swim faster! *catches up to Nuwa*

????:I'm not with those bastards. I hate what they do to pokemon.

nuwa: i'm not listening! *swims faster*

???: Did I use my friends to attack you? No I did not. Only an evil bastard would do that.

Maya hesitates before jumping down the hole and swimming after the others.

The tropius rider follows hoping his friend will fit.

Jerro: Haha, the well's too narrow, that thing'll never fit down here! *swims faster*
(after a while, they come to a cobblestone sidewalk on either side of the watery tunnel)
Jerro: *climbs up on the cobbles, and helps up Maya* You alright, everyone?

Nuwa: *climbs up onto the cobbles and shakes her hair* yes, I'm fine.

The mystery rider rises from the water carrying a soaked swablu.
???: Do you guys realize my little buddy here nearly drowned because you were too stubborn to listen to what I had to say?!

Maya: Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks.

Jerro: Do you realize this city is being overrun by bad dudes, and there's no way we can trust you? *draws his dagger, and bent rapier*
(Rogue brandishes his leek vaguely at the rider)

??? Great Fruit's in danger because you guys are too blinded by hatred to see I care about my pokemon.*the swablu after being dried off rests on his head*

Jerro: It's your fault you tried to force that beast down that meter-wide hole. Why didn't you just leave him and jump down yourself?

???: I wanted to help you but you thought I was part of those Rocket jerks. And Fruit is not a beast. He's a very loyal friend.*leaves to go and save him*

Jerro*whispering*: Alright, let's leave before this crazy guy comes back...*starts inching backwards, then turns around and runs down the opposite direction*

Nuwa: I'm right behind you. *runs after Jerro*

Maya: Ummm.... >.> *Runs after Jerro and Nuwa*

The rider sees a swarm of Zubats attacking his friend and sends in Fluff who uses Sing to put the enemy to sleep.

(in a small alcove, in the middle of a long and complex sewer system)
Jerro: Well, I guess if we don't want to get captured, we'll be staying here for a while. *stretches, then lays down on some straw on the ground* Not exactly the Creme de la Tur, but it's something. *sniffs* As long as you ignore the smell....

Maya: *Gags a bit* No....no problem....

Nuwa: *unwrapping her chest* I'll need to acquire new bandages for breast support. These are simply soaked.

Jerro: O_O I uh....well uh...*sweats a bit* You can borrow my hands if you like!

Fruit eats the chesto berry as the swarm of Zubats fall into the cistern and Fruit swoops down to pull it's trainer out of the water/

Nuwa: Well won't you need your hands?
